This meditation has been created for you to listen to while you sleep.

During sleep,

Our brainwave activity slows to alpha and theta waves.

Positive suggestions heard during this slower brainwave activity permits us to reprogram our subconscious mind and transform our limiting beliefs into positive beliefs of abundance.

Listen to this positive affirmation meditation every evening when going to bed for the next 21 days and discover how your thoughts and beliefs unconsciously shift to attract abundance into all areas of your life.

We will begin this meditation with a wonderful body relaxation.

Lay down in a comfortable position and take a few easy breaths.

Just focusing on the action of breathing in and breathing out.

Allowing relaxation to fill your body as you inhale and releasing stress and tension as you exhale.

Now allow a gentle and peaceful wave of relaxation to enter through the top of your crown.

It has the sensation of warm anuka honey slowly seeping into your mind bringing peace and deep relaxation.

This wonderful warm feeling of relaxation drifts down into your forehead.

Soothing all your worries and concerns.

Wiping them away.

All the muscles of your scalp and your forehead feel soft,

Smooth and completely relaxed.

And now it is drifting down to your eyes.

Soothing your eyes and relaxing your eyelids.

Your eyelids feel so heavy.

They are so heavy.

They are so relaxed right now.

And now it moves down to your temples.

And now it moves down to your temples.

Relaxing your temples.

And then down to your cheeks.

Then your jaw and your lips.

The soft warm soothing relaxation is softening and smoothing your entire head and face.

Now that your face is relaxed,

This wonderful wave of relaxation slowly drifts down to your throat and into your neck.

Just softening and relaxing all the muscles in your throat and neck.

Stress and tension just winding down and disappearing from your body as all the muscles in your neck become completely relaxed.

Now that your neck is relaxed,

This relaxation drifts down into your shoulders.

Releasing all the tightness and tension you carry there.

You can feel all the muscles just softening and smoothing out.

As you relax deeper and deeper.

Now that your shoulders are relaxed.

Feel the relaxation drift to the top of your arms.

Feel the muscles of your upper arms begin to relax.

Winding down and softening and smoothing the muscles of your forearms now.

And now your hands.

And now it flows into your fingers.

You may feel a tingling sensation in the tips of your fingers as this warm relaxation flows into them.

Now that your arms and hands are relaxed,

This wonderful relaxation drifts down from your shoulders.

All the way down your back.

Down to the very lowest part of your back.

Feel all the muscles of your back becoming completely and deeply relaxed.

Now that your back is relaxed,

You feel your chest beginning to relax.

Notice how gentle and easy your breathing is.

With every breath you inhale,

You breathe in relaxation.

And with every breath you exhale,

You release stress and tension.

Nothing worries you or disturbs you as you relax deeper and deeper.

Drifting down from your chest now,

This soothing relaxation flows to your abdomen.

Just softening and relaxing all the muscles and organs within your abdomen.

And now that your abdomen is relaxed,

This gentle relaxation drifts down to your hips.

Feel your hips completely relaxed.

Now that your hips are relaxed,

You feel your thighs relaxing.

And now it drifts further down into your calves.

All the muscles in your calves become soft,
