A certified teacher in Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness, Barre, and Pilates (Mat and Reformer), Wendy is also a Teacher Trainer of French and Australian background. Raised in an artistic family, immersed in dance, acting, singing, and creative expression, she developed a deep appreciation for mindful movement and body awareness from an early age. After travelling extensively and eventually immigrating to Australia, a transformative Yoga and Meditation journey to India in 2010 inspired her to pursue teaching as a lifelong calling. She completed a 350-hour Yoga Teacher Training at the Australian Yoga Academy and has been teaching since 2011 with dedication and compassion. Her breath-centred classes combine strength, mindfulness, curiosity, and care, these span Yin, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yoga Nidra, Pilates, Meditation, and Mindfulness. She has taught internationally across Australia, Europe, Asia, the USA, and the Middle East, while also leading retreats, workshops, and teacher trainings.
