Release all the events of the past day,
Week,
Month.
Take a few moments to focus on your breath.
As you inhale,
Gather in all the positive energy,
The happiness you have spread during the day.
As you exhale,
Let go of any unnecessary energy you might have picked up today.
Send it back to the universe to be recycled.
Go to your safe place,
A meadow,
A wood,
A house,
Wherever it may be.
Nothing can harm you here or on any journey you take that begins here.
Feel the comfort of this familiar,
Protected place.
Relax and feel all of your muscles release a little more deeply.
Continue breathing slowly and deeply.
Visualize yourself lying on a blanket in a freshly mown meadow,
Gazing up at the spring night sky.
The season is definitely turning,
And it is cool.
The stars gleam brightly through the crisp night air.
A shooting star blazes up against the vastness,
And you make a wish.
But the star does not fade out like you expect.
In fact,
It gets brighter and brighter and seems to be coming directly toward you.
As it nears,
You slowly realize that it is not a star at all.
But your spirit guide approaching.
When your guide arrives,
You greet each other warmly.
I have come to bring you on a spirit journey,
Your guide says to you.
Take my hand.
We are going to meet the creator.
You take your guide's hand and feel your feet lifting from the ground.
In no time,
You are flying up into the atmosphere,
Gliding around the earth.
Don't worry about having enough air.
This is a spirit journey.
With me,
You will be able to breathe.
You can see the incandescent spots of light below that indicate cities.
You and your guide circle the earth below,
Flying well above the land and water.
From here,
It is hard to distinguish disaster areas or war zones.
From here,
You cannot see the poor and suffering beings below,
Though you can feel their pain and the earth's pain caused by the destruction of resources.
Your guide waves a free hand across your eyes,
And the lights you see below change from artificial incandescence to warm glows,
And the locations of concentration shift as well.
The pain eases.
What you saw before was electricity.
What you see now is bioelectricity.
Each of the lights you see below now is a soul,
Just like you,
Who is living the purpose they came here for.
Some of them are only just beginning to awaken,
And some have been walking their path and raising their vibration for quite some time.
The path for each is different,
But all are important.
You ascend higher into space,
And the earth below becomes smaller.
Your guide leads you out into the stars in silence.
You are flying toward a giant star.
It is bright and a soft pink color,
And it is pulsing gently.
As you get closer,
You notice it is swirling,
As if millions of birds are flying around,
Making up the star.
This is the creator,
The source,
God.
The things moving around are souls waiting to choose where to go next.
Some will become plants or animals or people on your earth.
Others will incarnate elsewhere.
Some will be angels or guides for your earth,
Or other places.
Some stay here,
Holding the energy.
Your guide points at you,
And you look down at your body.
It is glowing in the same color as the star before you,
And pulsing at the same rate.
Your guide leads you even closer to the light,
And you feel a rush of warmth fill your body.
You feel complete and total acceptance.
Unconditional love permeate your entire being.
You are part of the creator-created dynamic.
Your beliefs shape your world,
Just as the creator helps shape you.
The energy of the creator is unconditional love.
Close your eyes and spend some time basking in the creator's love,
Soaking it up and enjoying the feeling.
Ask any questions you may have,
And listen for the answers.
When you open your spirit eyes,
A band of pulsing,
Loving energy is connecting you with the source,
The other souls and the creator.
You are always connected,
Though you may not always be aware of the connection.
You have the power to create beautiful and wonderful things in your world,
Even when it seems like you are not making a difference.
Now,
It is time to give back to your planet.
Your guide leads you away,
Back toward the earth.
The band that connects you to the source stretches,
But does not thin.
The earth grows larger as you approach,
But your guide stops you some distance away.
The earth needs your love and healing energy.
You hold out both of your hands toward the earth.
Let a surge of love swell in your heart and direct it from your hands to the earth.
Strong,
Bright beams of energy radiate from you to the earth's core.
Slowly,
As the earth soaks in the loving,
Healing energy you are sending,
It grows brighter.
As you continue transmitting love and healing to the world,
You do not feel drained and the glow from the planet spreads out in all directions until it appears as bright as the sun.
