Welcome to this mindfulness meditation,

A journey of embracing summer's warmth and light.

This is a time of expansion,

Vitality,

And connection with the radiant energy of the sun.

Gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in and slowly exhale.

Allow yourself to fully arrive in this moment.

Take a deep inhale through your nose,

Filling your lungs with fresh,

Revitalizing air.

And slowly exhale through your mouth,

Releasing any tension or heaviness.

Again,

Inhale deeply,

Feeling the warmth of the season entering your body.

And exhale,

Letting go of any stress or worries.

Feel the air moving through you like a soft summer breeze,

Carrying away all that no longer serves you.

Now gently bring your awareness to the space around you.

Notice the sounds,

The air touching your skin.

Sense the earth beneath you and supporting you.

Imagine roots growing from the base of your spine or the soles of your feet,

Reaching deep into the earth,

Anchoring you in stability and strength.

Now,

Visualize yourself in a beautiful summer landscape.

Perhaps you're standing in a golden meadow or on a warm sandy beach.

The sun shines brightly above,

Filling the world with golden light.

Feel the sunlight touching your skin,

Warming your face,

Your shoulders,

Your hands.

Imagine this light soaking into your body,

Filling every cell with vibrant energy.

With each inhale,

You draw in more of this golden light.

And with each exhale,

You spread this warmth throughout your body.

Now see this energy traveling to your heart,

Expanding like a glowing sun within you.

Feel your heart center opening,

Radiating warmth,

Love and gratitude.

Imagine this inner sun growing brighter with each breath,

Illuminating your entire being.

Now,

Silently or aloud,

Repeat these affirmations.

I welcome the warmth and abundance of summer into my life.

Alive and filled with vitality.
