In this track I start by guiding you into a relaxed state. Then we step into a visualisation of your future self when you are already living your dreams. We drop into the felt sense of this state allowing all the senses to participate. This is a potent exercise to incorporate daily into your morning routine or right before bed. Allowing yourself to imagine that you are already living your dreams primes the Reticular Activating System (our mind's filter of the millions of bits of sensory data we receive in any given moment) to guide you on your present day journey by highlighting the opportunities in alignment with your dream.
