Transcript

Come into a nice,

Comfortable and awake sitting position.

Sit on a chair or on the floor with your spine erect.

Feel the connection and support of the floor.

Feel the parts of the body that touch the floor,

The chair or your cushion.

Feel your whole legs and gently move up,

Feeling the lower back,

What's the middle back and the upper back,

Including the neck.

Move to your belly and gently move the belly up towards your ribs and your chest.

Feel the fingers,

Slowly moving up towards the shoulders and your whole arms and hands.

Feeling your throat and your head.

Feel the face,

The ears,

Feel your whole body.

Connected to your body,

Start the meditation,

The visualization.

Just imagine,

Mentally,

You're inviting your mind into the room and walking through the room,

Taking a place behind you,

On your left side,

Where she's sitting down.

Feel the presence of your mother.

Then,

Invite your father to enter the room.

He also takes place behind you,

To the right,

Sitting next to your mother.

You pose your parents,

Sitting behind you.

Invite your mother's mother to this room.

He walks through the room and takes place behind her daughter on the left.

Invite your mother's father.

He walks through the room,

Taking his place next to your grandmother on the right side,

Behind your mom.

Invite your father's mother and see her,

How she takes place behind your father on the left.

Now,

Invite your father's father.

He is taking his place behind your father on the right.

Feel all six sitting behind you.

Feel your body and breath in their presence.

I want you to invite one more generation.

Invite your mom's mother's mother and feel how she is taking place behind her daughter to the left.

Feel this pure female lineage towards you.

Then,

Invite your mother's mother's father.

He is taking his place.

Invite your mother's father's parents.

See them,

How they enter the room and take place behind their son,

Your grandfather.

Female on the left,

Male on the right.

Coming to your father's lineage.

Inviting your great-great-great-grandparents,

Parents of your grandmothers.

They take place behind her daughter.

Invite your father's father's mother.

She sits behind her son on the left.

Now,

Invite your father's father's father.

Feel this masculine lineage in generations.

Feel all 14 people behind you sitting.

Feel your body,

Your breath in their presence.

See how each one of them was necessary so that you can be here.

Feel how there are innumerous people behind.

No starting point to find.

If you feel any specific important person is missing,

Feel free to invite him or her.

Let them take seat in the system where they belong.

Be present with your breath and your body sensations.

Feeling your ancestors behind you.
