Welcome my love.

This is your space.

A sacred pose to reconnect before the world begins to ask for your energy.

Take a deep intentional breath in through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.

Let your shoulders drop,

Let your face soften,

Let your heart open just a little more.

Again,

Breathe in deeply,

Feeling the air expand your chest,

Exhale completely,

Releasing any rush,

Any tension,

Any expectations about what this practice should be.

You don't need to achieve anything here,

You're simply arriving home.

To your body,

To your breath,

To the quiet power within you.

Feel your body resting a little deeper into the surface beneath you.

Maybe you're sitting,

Maybe lying down.

Either way,

Notice the support holding you,

The floor,

The earth,

Steady,

Grounding,

Constant.

With every exhale,

Let your body soften a bit more.

Your jaw unclenches,

Your shoulders relax,

Your stomach releases its guard.

There's nothing to prove here,

Only space to remember who you are.

Now bring to mind a moment,

Recent or long ago,

When you questioned yourself.

A moment when your voice trembled or your light dimmed to make others comfortable.

See that version of you standing gently before you.

She's not weak,

She's simply tired of pretending she doesn't know her worth.

Take a slow breath in,

And as you exhale,

Imagine wrapping her in compassion,

Say softly,

Inside your mind,

You did your best,

You don't need to carry this anymore.

Feel that tenderness move through your chest,

A wave of golden warmth dissolving the self-criticism,

The old stories,

The should-haves.

Now visualize those doubts as the tiny clouds in your sky,

Each thought drifting by,

I'm not good enough,

I don't have what it takes,

I'm not ready.

Watch them float past until your inner sky clears,

Still,

Quiet,

Open.

Confidence begins here,

In this silence,

In this remembering that you were never broken,

Only burdened by belief systems that weren't yours.

Whisper to yourself,

I'm safe to trust myself again,

I release the need to prove I'm enough exactly as I am.

Let those words land like small anchors in your nervous system,

Breathe them in,

Let them settle.

Feel your breath deepen,

Your chest expand,

Your spine straighten naturally,

Without force.

This is your body remembering safety,

And from safety,

Confidence blooms.

Now place one hand over your heart,

Feel the pulse beneath your palm,

Steady,

Loyal,

Alive,

This rhythm has carried you through every challenge,

Every heartbreak,

Every comeback,

You're still here.

And that means your power never left,

It only waited to be remembered.

With your next inhale,

Imagine a warm golden light glowing beneath your hand.

With each breath,

That light grows,

Expanding through your ribs,

Your shoulders,

Your spine,

It travels down your arms,

Into your hands,

Into your fingertips,

It moves downward through your hips,

Your legs,

Your feet,

Anchoring you deep into the earth.

This light is your confidence,

Not loud,

Not performative,

But steady,

Embodied,

Magnetic.

Repeat quietly after me,

In rhythm,

With your breath.

Inhale.

I'm safe to shine.

Exhale.

I release the fear of being seen.

Inhale.

I trust my voice.

Exhale.

I speak from love,

Not from fear.

Inhale.

I stand tall in my true.

Exhale.

I'm grounded,

Radiant,

Whole.

As you repeat,

Feel your energy shift,

Your posture,

Your breath.

Let the truth vibrate through your body like music.

Let your breath move through you like gentle waves on a calm sea.

You're aligned,

You're powerful,

You're enough.

Now let's travel forward,

One year from today.

See yourself walking into a space that used to make you feel small.

Maybe it's a meeting,

Maybe a stage,

Maybe a conversation with someone who once triggered your self-doubt.

Watch how this version of you enters the room,

Her energy is grounded,

Her steps inherit,

Her heart leads the way.

You can feel her presence.

People turn toward her,

Not because she demands attention,

But because her peace is magnetic.

Her voice carries calm authority,

Her laughter is easy,

Her eyes are bright with self-trust.

You realize something,

She's not different from you,

She's you.

The only difference is remembrance.

Now,

Merge with that version of yourself,

Step into her body.

Feel what she feels,

Notice how she breathes,

How she stands,

How she moves through life without rushing,

Without shrinking.

Feel her energy ripple through you.

That light we awakened earlier,

It expands now,

Wrapping around you like sunlight.

Every inhale strengthens it,

Every exhale radiates it outward.

You're whole,

You're safe to shine.

You're already the woman you once hoped to become.

Take a few breaths to let this feeling anchor deeply.

This is not imagination,

This is embodiment.

You're remembering your natural state,

Calm confidence,

Radiant presence,

Unshakable warmth.

Now,

Slowly,

Bring your awareness back to your physical body.

Feel the ground beneath you again,

The support that's always there.

Like life itself.

Take a deep grounding breath,

Inhale,

Exhale.

Feel yourself with confidence,

Exhale,

Let go of any residue of doubt.

Notice how your body feels now compared to when you began,

Perhaps lighter,

More open,

More alive.

Whisper softly,

I am enough,

I'm capable,

I'm ready.

Smile gently,

The kind that begins inside your chest before it reaches your lips.

This is your true power.

Quiet,

Warm,

Unwavering.

As you move through your day,

Remember,

Confidence doesn't come from doing more,

It comes from remembering you're already are more than enough.

When challenges rise,

Pause,

Breathe,

Return to this energy.

Let your heart lead again.

And now,

As we close,

Place your hand on your heart once more.

Feel that steady rhythm,

This reminder,

With love always remember,

You're enough,

You're wonderful,

Never forget it.

Let this truth empower you,

Always with love.
