In today's meditation,
We are going to ground in the present moment.
First,
Let's take a deep breath in,
And slowly exhale.
Find a comfortable position where you feel supported and at ease.
Now gently close your eyes and allow yourself to be fully present in this moment.
Let the outside world fade away as you begin to turn inward.
This is your time,
A moment to ground yourself and connect with the here and the now.
As you sit here,
Feel the support of the earth beneath you.
Imagine roots extending from the soles of your feet,
Reaching deep into the ground.
These roots anchor you,
Providing stability and strength.
With each inhale,
Draw every energy from the earth.
Come steady and grounding.
Now with each exhale,
Release any tension or worry,
Allowing it to just flow.
Let it flow out of your body and into the earth,
Where it is transformed into peace.
Visualize a warm golden light rising up from the earth through your roots.
This light travels into your feet,
Your legs,
Your torso,
And your heart.
It fills you with a sense of balance and security.
Take a moment to pause right here.
Breathe deeply,
Allowing the light to fill every part of you.
Feel yourself becoming more grounded with every breath.
I am steady,
I am supported,
I am grounded.
Repeat this affirmation silently or out loud.
Feel its truth resonating within you.
I am steady,

Now notice the sensations in your body.
Perhaps your feet feel heavier,
Being more connected to the earth.
Perhaps your mind feels lighter,
More spacious.
Allow yourself to bask in the sense of grounded peace.
When you're ready,
Gently bring your awareness back to the room.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Take one final deep breath in and exhale with a sense of gratitude.
Carry this grounded energy with you throughout your day.
