Meditation Timer OnlineBritt is a mother, a forever student, and a Yoga and Meditation Teacher in the Fraser Valley. She specializes in play-based yoga for children, gentle practices for aging bodies including Adapted Chair Yoga, and creating nurturing spaces for women’s retreats and circles. She is passionate about restorative practices such as Yin Yoga, gentle breathwork, and mindfulness, always guiding with compassion, choice, and a touch of levity. Drawing from training with Frik-Shuhn Yoga and Cosmic Kids, and integrating life experience with Buddhist and Yogic traditions, Britt brings a grounded, welcoming and silly presence wherever she goes. Her approach meets each student exactly where they are, whether in a classroom, a retreat space, or a one-on-one session. Through breath, presence, and gentle guidance, she invites you to return to your body, your inner teacher, and your capacity for ease each time you practice.
