Welcome.
Take your moment to arrive.
Find your comfortable position which can be seated with your back supported or slightly lying down.
From here,
I would like to invite you to gently close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose and slowly exhale through your mouth.
And again,
Inhaling deeply and exhale,
Letting go of the day so far.
One more time here,
Inhaling deeply and exhale,
Softening a little more.
You know,
Bring your awareness to your body.
Notice where you are right now.
The points of contact,
Your body being supported.
And with your next breath,
Allow your shoulders to soften.
Let your jaw relax.
And clench your teeth.
Soften your face.
Let your arms be heavy.
Your hands resting gently.
Relax your chest.
Your belly softens.
And allow your legs to fully relax.
Feeling grounded and supported.
There is nowhere to go.
Nothing to do.
Just being here.
And now bring your awareness to your natural breath.
And with each exhale,
Allow yourself to arrive a little deeper into this moment,
Into yourself.
In your inner space,
Begin to imagine that you are standing in front of a door.
Take your time here.
Notice this door.
What does it look like?
What material is it made of?
What color is it?
Is it old or new?
Simple or detailed?
And bring your attention to the handle.
Its shape,
The texture.
There is no right or wrong.
Just notice what is there for you.
And when you feel ready,
Gently reach for the handle.
And slowly open the door.
And as the door opens,
You begin to see a space on the other side.
And from the very first moment,
You feel it.
A sense of safety,
Of peace,
Of belonging.
This space is yours.
A place where you can simply be.
And as you step inside,
Take a moment to look around.
What do you see here?
It can be anything.
A beach,
A room,
A forest,
A lake,
A garden.
Notice the colors,
The light,
The atmosphere.
Is it open or more enclosed?
Warm or fresh?
Take your time.
Let the space reveal itself to you.
Now,
Gently bring your right hand to your heart.
And as you do,
Notice how this space makes you feel.
Safe,
Held,
At ease.
This is your space,
Your unique place,
Where you belong,
Where no one else has access to.
A place within you that is always here.
And somewhere in this space,
There is a place for you to sit.
Maybe a chair,
A bench,
A soft couch,
Or a cozy place on the floor.
Take a moment to find it.
And when you are ready,
Gently sit down.
Allow yourself to fully arrive.
Feel your body in this space.
Supported,
Safe.
And take a few deep breaths here.
Just being,
Nothing to change,
Nothing to fix.
Just you,
In your space.
And from here,
From this place,
Know that you can return whenever you need.
Whenever life feels overwhelming,
Whenever you need clarity,
A pause,
Or guidance.
This space is always within you,
Always available.
And you don't need anything special to come back here.
Just a moment to pause,
And a deep breath.
And now,
Knowing that this space is always here for you,
You can gently stand up and take one last look around.
And when you are ready,
Begin to walk back towards that door,
Placing your hand on the handle and slowly stepping out,
Gently closing the door behind you,
Knowing that you can return at any moment.
Take one more deep breath here,
And gently begin to bring awareness back to your body,
To the space around you.
Feel your body again,
Your breath.
And when you feel ready,
Slowly begin to move your fingers,
Your toes,
Maybe a stretch,
And gently open your eyes.
And as you come back,
Just take a moment to notice how you feel.
No need to change anything,
Just noticing.
If anything came up to you during this meditation,
Any feeling,
Image,
Any insight,
I invite you to take a few minutes to write it down.
Just let it flow.
Thank you for being here and for giving yourself this space.
Namaste.
