Bring your attention to your feet,
Feeling them rooted into the earth.
Imagine warm,
Golden energy flowing up from the ground into your legs.
As this energy rises,
Let it fill your womb,
Your belly,
Your entire body with a sense of calm,
Safety and love.
With every inhale,
Feel your womb expanding.
With every exhale,
Let go of tension,
Fear or worry.
Place your hands gently over your belly.
Feel the life that grows inside you.
Imagine your baby breathing with you,
Moving with you,
Sharing this space of love and warmth.
Send a wave of love from your heart into your womb.
Whisper softly to your baby,
