Created for those with ADHD, overactive, and busy minds, this fully guided Yoga Nidra practice with binaural beats builds on the earlier phases of the series, inviting you to move beyond constant doing and towards a deeper sense of inner refuge, belonging, and simply being. Using rotation of consciousness, breath awareness, feeling tones, calming imagery, Ashraya (inner refuge), and Sankalpa (heartfelt intention), this practice supports deep rest, nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and reconnection with yourself. There is nothing to achieve, nothing to force, and no need to quiet the mind. Simply listen, notice, and allow yourself to rest.
