Phase 5 – Your Safe Place If you feel like you can't switch off, this gentle Yoga Nidra practice offers a place to rest. Created for those with ADHD, overactive, and busy minds, this fully guided practice with binaural beats builds on the earlier phases of the series, gently introducing sensory imagery, a felt sense of inner safety, and Sankalpa (heartfelt intention). Using rotation of consciousness, breath awareness, warmth and coolness, and calming inner imagery, this practice supports deep rest, nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and reconnection with the body, without asking you to clear your mind or visualise perfectly. There is nothing to achieve and nothing to force. You are always welcome to move, adjust your position, or simply rest and listen. Suitable for beginners and anyone experiencing overthinking, mental overload, stress, burnout, or nervous system dysregulation. Part of my Yoga Nidra for ADHD series.
