How do we do it?
First,
We place our hands in 90 degrees,
Breathing in and out once slower.
And then for 21 times we breathe in and out faster.
Let us start.
Breathe in.
Five.
Ten.
Fifteen.
20!
And 21 breathing in once deeper whole,
Close your eyes.
And breathing out.
Staying in this position with open palms for a couple of seconds.
And one more time,
Bringing hands up,
Breathing in.
And out.
And 21 times.
Five.

Breathing in.
Hold.
Breathing out.
Placing our palms on our knees.
Closing our eyes and staying here for a couple of seconds.
Feeling the alkalization and flow of fresh prana through our body.
Relaxing our face and allowing This feeling.

Fresh energy to flow.
