If you are dealing with pockets of shame or guilt or fear,
This is a meditation for you.
So let's begin.
So taking a deep breath,
Breathing right into your heart center and allowing it to soften.
And another breath,
Breathing right into the heart,
Feeling it expand.
And one more breath,
Breathing in and allowing the body and the mind to simply relax.
And as you continue to breathe,
Allow yourself to bring up whatever that feeling is of fear or guilt or shame.
And just allow it to be present within your body,
Within your mind,
Wherever it is,
Wherever the story is running.
And then on another breath,
Allow yourself to imagine that you're in a safe environment where you're physically and emotionally safe.
And bring this feeling of fear or guilt or shame up and just set it outside of your body.
Ask it to take a seat across from you.
And take a good look at this fear or guilt or shame,
Knowing you're safe,
You're protected in your environment.
And just notice what it looks like.
What color is it?
What shape is it?
Maybe it's an animal.
Maybe it's a person.
And just breathe being present with what it is.
And notice,
Is it big or is it small?
Is it struggling to take control of you or is it sitting calmly facing you?
Just notice.
And take another deep breath into your heart center,
Grounding yourself within yourself.
And now take a moment to ask this image of shame or guilt or fear.
What is it it wants you to know?
What do you want me to know?
And simply listen.
And breathe knowing you're safe.
Perhaps,
You can ask what its name is if it has a name.
And notice yourself relaxing a little bit more.
Notice the energy of that image also relaxing as you relax.
You can even ask it,
What is the truth of this situation that has brought up this fear or the guilt or the shame?
What is the truth?
And simply listen.
Allow yourself to breathe.
You may notice that you now feel more in control of these feelings.
In fact,
Now that you've created within this safe and sacred space,
A place for fear or guilt or shame to sit.
You can even just tell it to sit quietly while you deal with what needs to be dealt with,
While you live your life the way you choose,
Not the way shame or fear or guilt wants you to live.
Taking a breath,
A really deep breath,
Recognize that this is your choice point right here,
Right now.
You can be more fully you right now.
More at ease in your life,
More whole and complete in your life.
Then shame and guilt and fear no longer have a place in your mind or your body where it runs you.
You have created a space where it can sit basically in a time out while you listen to what the truth is within yourself.
Again just relaxing with the breath and listening.
And ask the question,
Is there anything else I need to know now?
Is there anything else?
And now just take a moment to breathe into your heart again and notice if you're feeling any more love or gratitude or harmony and peace.
Just notice with the breath breathing in and breathing out.
And now consciously choose to leave your safe sacred space allowing fear,
Shame or guilt just to remain in the chair while you come fully present to your day,
Your space that you're currently in,
Enjoying what is in your life as it shows up with conscious awareness.
And so it is,
