Transcript

Breathing back into relation meditation.

Gently bringing your attention to your breath.

Feel how the breath moves through you.

And how your body moves in relation to the breath.

Just taking a few moments to be with this relationship.

You don't have to tell your body to breathe.

You just receive the breath in and surrender the breath out.

And noticing how your body responds when you honor this life rhythm just as it is.

How is it to bring your conscious awareness into relationship with this automatic life process?

Can you imagine the feeling of your whole body breathing?

Can you imagine that you're breathing alongside the nearby plants?

Can you breathe with the ocean tide?

And can you breathe with a lover or a friend nearby or far away?

Allowing yourself to be in relationship to a wider rhythm of life.

Seeing if you can carry this idea with you for the rest of your day.
