Find a comfortable seat or lie down and close your eyes.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in through your nose and gently exhale through the mouth.

Let your body settle.

Let the world soften around you and focus on your heart center.

Focus on a sphere of light expanding six feet in all directions from the core of your heart and feel your unique heart energy.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to arrive more fully in this moment.

Whatever has happened today,

Whatever waits tomorrow,

Set it aside.

Right now,

Only this breath matters.

And notice the background noise of the mind,

The thoughts,

The identities,

The attachments,

The stories,

The echoes of a world full of noise.

Imagine each sound,

Each distraction like ripples on water.

With every exhale,

Those ripples smooth out.

The water grows still,

Calm,

Clear.

You do not need to chase the noise away.

Simply let it dissolve like clouds drifting across a vast sky.

Now breathe into your heart.

With each inhale,

Invite peace to enter the frequency of peace.

Allow this to flow through every cell and photon of your energetic field now.

And as you inhale,

Inviting peace to flow.

And as you exhale,

Allow the noise of the world to fade,

To release the thoughts,

The beliefs,

The identities,

The attachment.

Let all of this fade away.

And feel the quiet strength of your heart.

Steady,

Spacious,

Alive.

Beneath all external sounds,

Beneath all inner chatter,

There is silence.

A silence that is not empty,

But full of clarity,

Wisdom,

And peace.

And stay here for a few breaths.

Breathing in calm.

Breathing out chaos.

Breathing in peace.

And breathing out the noise of the world.

Notice the soft stillness that remains.

This is your inner sanctuary,

Always present,

Always waiting.

And slowly bring your awareness back to your body.

Take one more deep,

Nourishing breath in.

And a long exhale,

Releasing what no longer serves you.

And when you're ready,

Gently open your eyes.

And carry this inner calm with you,

Beneath all the noise.
