Surya Namaskar.
Surya Namaskar means sun salutation.

I will show a demonstration of the full Surya Namaskar and then please join me for three more full sets of Surya Namaskar,
One right and one left to complete one set.
This will be a classical Hatha version of Surya Namaskar.
Ha means sun and ta means moon.
You may be used to vinyasa sequences where you go into a full plank or a full cobra.
This is classical Hatha breath-based yoga.
And like I said,
I'll be giving a demonstration.
So you can see,
We actually go down to the knees and then go through the chest for a very low cobra,
Pelvis to the floor.
This is going off of a standing flow to begin the body dynamics of a sauna.
Remembering breath as a priority.
Breath being the four part count,
Inhale,
