I'm Sirius Painter. This is a self-love meditation with Reiki healing for your highest good. Now we focus on the well-being of the body. You can just enjoy and listen. I love face, Neck and throat. I love my shoulders and my arms down to the fingertips. I love my back, Chest and stomach. I love my hip area and legs down to my toes. I feel grounded to Mother Earth and my whole body is now loved. I love my brain, Skin, Hair, Nails, Blood vessels, Muscles, Internal organs, Eyes, Ears. My whole body is now completely loved, Relaxed and it feels good. My every cell is filled with pure white light. I love my character, My soul, My spirit, Everything that I am and that I'm not. I feel connected to my highest self.
