Hello and welcome to She'll Live Yoga and Breath.
My name is Natalie.
This is a quick yoga nidra for mom overwhelm to help you steady your mind and find a moment of quiet focus.
I invite you to get yourself as comfortable as possible wherever you find yourself in this very moment.
Let yourself feel held and supported by the surface beneath you.
Take a moment to notice your breath.
Don't try to change it,
Simply notice.
We will now move into a breathing exercise.
Inhaling slowly through the nose for a count of three,
And exhaling softly through the nose for a count of three.
Let's begin.

Gently let your breath settle into a smooth and balanced natural flow.
Let your thoughts fade away.
Allow the following words to be your anchor as you repeat them after me.
My mind is clear,
Steady,
And quiet.
My mind is clear,
Steady,
And quiet.
My mind is clear,
Steady,
And quiet.
Feel the space.
Feel the quiet.
Feel the steadiness as we now move into a rotation of consciousness Relax the crown of your head.
Soften the muscles around the eyes,
Your jaw,
And neck.
Feel your shoulders drop.
Let relaxation flow down your arms and into your fingertips.
Feel your chest soften and your belly loosen.
Allow relaxation to flow down your legs and into your toes.
Feel the entire weight of your body relaxed,
Heavy and supported.
Your entire body is resting.
Your entire body is resting.
Bring your attention back to your breath.
Noticing the natural rise and fall as your intention returns to you one final time.
Repeated silently after me.
My mind is clear,
Steady and quiet.
My mind is clear,
Steady and quiet.
My mind is clear,
Steady,
And quiet.
And when you are ready,
Bring some gentle movement to your fingers and toes.
Move your head slightly from side to side.
Return back to your day with a steady heart.
Namaste
