Allow a gentle blue light to flow through you, easing tension and guiding you into stillness. One by one, the stars of your day will fade, leaving only a still, velvety night sky in your mind. Floating in a cocoon of serenity, you can surrender completely, and embrace sleep to restore and renew you. This track fades to silence to help you stay asleep.

Let's get you feeling wonderful in just a few minutes with this meditation infused with bliss weaving energy.

Take a moment to settle into your bed,

Feeling the comfort of your pillow and the gentle weight of your cover.

This is your time in your sanctuary.

Allow your body to surrender,

Moment by moment,

To the promise of rest.

Take a deep breath into your tummy,

Filling your lungs with calm.

Exhale slowly,

Releasing anything from today that's been hanging around you.

Now breathe normally.

With every breath,

Feel yourself sinking deeper into relaxation,

As if your body is being cradled by the universe.

Bring your attention to your feet.

Imagine a soft blue light flowing into them,

Melting away any heaviness.

With each breath,

Let this light move up your legs,

Through your hips,

Your belly,

Your chest and all the way to your head,

Easing every muscle,

Every thought,

Every worry.

As this blue cooling light travels,

It whispers,

You are safe,

You are loved,

You can let go.

Now imagine a soft starry night above you.

Each star is a moment from today.

Some appear bright,

Some dim and some are flickering.

One by one,

Watch them fade gently into the background,

Leaving a dark,

Velvety stillness.

Feel the relief of the day dissolving,

Leaving you free to rest.

If thoughts try to pull you back,

Embrace them with love.

See yourself placing each one on a little cloud,

And watch it gently float away into the night.

You don't need to solve or fix anything.

Your only job is to tidy up this sky in your mind,

So you can sleep without worries.

Whisper to yourself,

My day is complete.

I release it with love.

I welcome sleep to restore and rejuvenate me.

Feel your breath becoming slower,

Softer.

Like waves,

Lapping gently and rhythmically on ashore.

With every exhale,

Let yourself sink deeper into this feeling of peace.

Feel your body grow heavier,

Your mind quieter and your heart softer.

Say quietly to yourself,

Am safe.

I allow myself to rest.

Imagine yourself floating in a cocoon of soft,

Luminous fleece.

It wraps you in warmth,

Shielding you from anything that doesn't belong in this sacred moment of rest.

This is your time to renew,

To heal.

Take one final deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Feel yourself drifting effortlessly into the gentle embrace of sleep.
