Welcome to this 15 minute heart opening meditation,

Designed to help you connect to the energy of love that already exists within you.

By practicing gratitude and using mantras,

I'll guide you in this calming meditation,

Using your breath as an anchor to calm you down and calm your nervous system,

Allowing you to be in the right state to open to love and the healing of the heart.

I want you to get in a comfortable position,

Whether it is laying down or sitting with a straight back,

And close your eyes.

Start breathing through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

Continue breathing at your own pace,

In through your nose,

Out through your mouth,

With very long exhale.

As you inhale,

I want you to imagine this beautiful pink light turning on inside your heart,

Illuminating your whole body from within.

And on your exhale,

Imagine this light expanding out of your body,

Radiating through your skin.

Continue breathing at your own pace,

And if you get distracted by your own thoughts,

Simply let them go and don't engage in your inner conversations.

Go back to breathing.

Go back to that inner light turning on when you inhale,

And expanding outside of your body as you exhale,

Allowing it to surround you and to illuminate the room.

Continue breathing,

And watch how this inner light,

With every inhale,

It turns more and more vibrant.

The color is getting more intense.

And on your exhale,

It expands farther and farther away from your body.

How does it feel?

Observe how it feels,

This expansion of light in your physical body,

And in your emotional body as well.

How is it making you feel?

What's your heart saying?

Let go of your thoughts,

As they come in,

Just watch them come out,

And don't engage with them.

Go back to your light and to your breathing.

On your next inhale,

We are gonna introduce an affirmation.

So inhale and affirm,

I radiate love through every pore of my skin.

And on your exhale,

Simply let it go and relax.

Relax all of the muscles of your body.

Repeat again.

In your next inhale,

I radiate love through every pore of my skin.

And exhale,

Relaxing all of the muscles.

If you get distracted by your own thoughts,

Simply go back to your affirmation without engaging into your inner conversations.

If you get distracted by your own thoughts,

Don't engage with them and go back to your affirmation.

Confirm in every inhale and in every exhale,

Relax the muscles of your body and make those exhales very long and relaxing.

Allow that light that we turned on at the beginning of the meditation to shine on you,

To be there with you,

To continue expanding and continue radiating to your body.

Now let's connect to the energy of gratitude.

Think about three things that you did for yourself this week that you are grateful for.

Now think about three things or situations that during the week made you feel very loved.

Loved by others,

Loved by the universe,

Loved by God,

Loved by whatever you believe in.

Now go back to focusing on your breathing and that inner light just like we did at the beginning of the meditation,

Breathing through your nose,

Allowing your inner light,

That beautiful pink inner light to turn on and fill up your body.

Now do a long exhale,

Allowing this light to expand and shine out of your body through your skin.

Relax at your own pace,

In through your nose and out through your mouth,

Expanding your light.

Dedicate this meditation to someone that you are grateful for today.

Take a very big and deep inhale through your nose and out loudly through your mouth with a sigh.

Whenever you feel ready,

You can start moving your fingertips,

Your toes,

Your hands,

Your feet.

You can even stretch gently your body.

And whenever you want,

You can slowly and gently open your eyes.
