Welcome.
My name is Stephanie Sarah,
And I will be guiding you through this energy reset meditation.
Just begin by getting comfortable and closing your eyes.
Whether you're seated or lying down,
Just let your body adjust to slowing down and relaxing.
Let's begin by taking a few slower,
Deeper breaths in and out through your nose.
Just slow the breath down a little.
Let your breath become a gentle rhythm like waves rolling in and out.
Breathe in and breathe out.
And as you do,
Just feel your ribs expand as you breathe in and contract as you breathe out.
Following your breath will help you to relax and stay present.
If your mind begins to wander,
Just gently return to your breath,
Silently repeating to yourself,
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Now let's just release the tension in your body by bringing awareness to the muscles in your face,
Gently softening and letting go,
Relaxing the muscles around your eyes and letting go of tension in your shoulders.
Just feel the tension release from your body,
From your neck,
Your arms.
Feel it let go through your hips and feel it move out,
Down through your legs and out through your feet.
And just let your thoughts come and go like clouds drifting across the sky.
Just let them pass.
Stay present and grounded.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
And just bringing a gentle awareness to your heart center.
Imagine a warm,
Glowing light expanding with each breath.
Imagine with each breath you're breathing in and out through your heart center.
Breathing in the heart.
And breathing out through your heart.
And from this space,
Just gently call to mind the image of someone or somewhere that brings you unconditional love.
An image of something,
Someone that brings you joy.
Something that makes you smile.
A place,
A person,
A pet.
Just let that image,
That thought fill your entire being.
Imagine that glowing light filling your entire body.
Warmth,
Calm,
Peaceful.
And feel your vibration rise.
Now in this space of love,
The space of your heart,
I want you to visualize that there is a ladder before you.
A beautiful ladder.
And it's beckoning you to climb.
And you begin with each breath to climb the ladder.
One step at a time,
You climb above the noise.
Away from your thoughts.
Away from your distractions.
And as you climb,
You start to enter the energy of your soul,
Your intuition,
Your true self.
And as you climb,
You reach the top.
And you come into this area of spaciousness,
Feeling calm,
Feeling peaceful.
Like you've climbed into the clouds above all the noise below.
And here in this calm and centered space,
I want you to imagine that you see a door.
Step ahead in the distance.
And you begin to walk toward the door.
And as you come close,
You reach for the doorknob and you open the door and enter in to a vast space.
A very calm and spacious room.
It's quiet and you're alone here.
You feel safe and you close the door behind you.
You feel peaceful in this room.
And in a moment,
We are going to use our imaginations to begin to fill this room with people who bring us joy,
Who bring us positive energy.
People who uplift you,
Who make you feel yourself.
You are the gatekeeper of the door.
So take your time as I guide you to only bring into this room the people you truly want to share your energy with.
No judgment,
No guilt.
Let's start with your loved ones.
I want you to think of family members who bring you warmth,
Joy,
Laughter.
They may not be perfect,
But on the whole,
They are the ones you choose to spend time with.
And just try to imagine their faces,
Think of them,
Feel their energy and bring them into the room.
Try to see them and feel their presence.
And as you do,
Let their energy fill you,
Fill this space with love,
Comfort and acceptance.
And now,
Let's call in some of our friends.
Not all of them,
Just the ones who truly light you up.
Invite the ones in that you look forward to seeing,
No matter what.
The ones who make you laugh,
Who you feel easy to be around.
Who make you feel like yourself.
Invite them into the room.
Try to see their faces,
Feel their friendship,
Their warmth,
Their joy.
Now let's think of some people outside of our inner circle.
Could be a neighbour,
A co-worker,
Or just an acquaintance.
But choose some people whose energy feels good.
That when you see them,
You enjoy giving them your time.
Invite them in.
Feel their kindness,
Their steady presence.
And now,
I want you to think of someone from your past.
It could be a teacher,
A mentor,
A coach,
A friend.
Somebody who believed in you.
Think back to someone who made you feel seen,
Heard and valued.
Someone who made a difference in your life in a positive way.
Bring them into the room.
Feel their encouragement,
Their hope,
Their belief in you.
Now think of someone in your current life who inspires you.
Someone who makes you want to grow and expand and evolve.
Whose energy feels contagious to you in a good way.
Invite them in if they're not already in your room.
And if they are,
Bring them forward and feel their authenticity.
Feel their uplift.
Feel their expansion.
And now,
Let's add someone that you don't know personally.
Could be a celebrity,
Historical figure,
Maybe even an ancestor.
But choose someone whose energy you admire.
Someone that inspires you.
Someone you're drawn to,
Even though you've never met them.
Bring them into the room and feel their inspiration.
Their wisdom and their connection to you.
And now in this room of love and support,
I want you to think about your own energy.
Turn inward now.
And think about your own energy.
How would you describe it?
Think about some of the people who feel uplifted by you.
Who smiles when you enter a room.
Who would call you into their room of positive energy.
Just take a minute to feel their gratitude for you.
Their hope and their connection to you.
Now in this room of love and support,
Where you feel seen,
And heard,
Just look out to all the faces of all the people you've brought into your room.
And notice who comes to mind when I ask,
Who glows with the brightest light?
Who comes to mind when I ask,
Who feels closest to your heart?
Who comes to mind when I ask,
Who mirrors your essence most clearly?
And lastly,
Who do you feel the most connected to?
Now I want you to imagine that you can see the energy between you and everyone you have welcomed in today.
Imagine you can see it as shimmering threads of joy and love and laughter and inspiration.
And you can see those threads flowing between them,
To you,
And back out to each other.
Like a vibration rippling through your body and out into the room.
This vibration anchors you in connection,
In belonging,
And in light.
And in this vibration,
You feel connected to every person in this room.
You feel seen,
Heard,
And supported.
The music will continue,
And my voice will be quiet for a couple of moments,
As you stay in the vibration of connection and support.
And let the words rise from within without thinking or effort.
Allow yourself to complete this sentence.
I want to invite more into my energy.
I want to invite more into my energy.
My voice will be quiet as you listen from within.
And just gently returning to the sound of my voice.
I want you to imagine you can find that ladder once more.
And this time,
Breath by breath,
You start to come down the ladder.
Feeling yourself coming back into your body and into the present moment.
But feeling expanded.
Feeling your vibration has risen and your energy restored.
Just return to your heart space for a moment.
And bring back that image you hold of love and peace.
The person,
Place.
And let that love and clarity settle in as you bring that image to mind.
Just reflecting on what you wish to carry forward with you.
And you can start to wake your body up by wiggling your toes,
Maybe shifting your feet,
Rolling your hips a little.
And just let your breath move through your chest as you soften your shoulders.
Open and close your hands.
Taking three longer,
Deeper,
Slower breaths.
Let each inhale refresh you and exhale ground you.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
Calm,
Peaceful,
And present.
