
Stress Release
This meditation involves a soothing breathing practice, encouraging you to focus on inhaling nourishing breaths and spreading this growing sense of relaxation from head to toe. With each breath, release stress, anxiety or fear. Following these releases, there is a guided visulaization, inviting you to soak in rays of warm golden light. This practice is designed to bring healing and peace to your body.

Hello and welcome to today's guided meditation for stress relief,
Reduce of anxiety,
And releasing the things that no longer serve us.
Please go ahead and get yourself into a comfortable position.
Whether you're sitting cross-legged,
Lying down,
Or sitting in a chair,
Please make sure you are comfortable.
And let's begin by taking in a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
And we will do this together.
So go ahead and take a nice deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Filling your shoulders,
Relax.
Taking in another deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Continue to breathe in through your nose,
Filling your chest rise.
Your lungs filling with air and building up your diaphragm.
And as you breathe out,
Exhaling out of your mouth,
Pulling your stomach into your spine,
Pushing out all of the excess air.
And on this next breath in,
We are going to inhale through the nose for a count of four.
So go ahead and take a nice deep breath in through your nose for a count of four,
Three,
Two,
One.
And out through your mouth for a count of five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
As you are beginning to feel relaxed,
Your breath goes ahead and feels a little more shallow.
As you're breathing in through your nose,
Picture white light coming in through the nose,
Circulating around your forehead,
Your temples.
And as you breathe out,
Breathing out all the thoughts and stresses that no longer serve you for the day.
As you're breathing out these thoughts of stresses and anxiety,
Picture them being released out of your body in a color of either gray smoke,
Black smoke,
Dark blue,
Or dark purple.
Or it could be a combination of colors.
So go ahead and continue breathing in that white light up through your head,
Feeling it gain more space circulating around the whole entire brain.
And breathing out those dark colored smokes of stress,
Anxiety,
Fear,
The things that no longer serve you.
This is your time.
As you're breathing these colors out,
The white light is filling your head and taking up space.
Continue to concentrate on breathing that white light down your neck into your throat,
Allowing for the same process to take place that we just took place around your brain.
So filling your throat,
Your thyroid,
Your thyroid glands with that fresh white healing light.
And breathing out all toxic words,
Words we've said in stress,
Words we've said in anger that we did not mean.
Let them heal with this white light as you breathe it out in the colors of smoke we have already spoken of.
As you continue to fill this space with the white light,
You can feel your spine behind your neck start to tingle as it awakens.
Your nerves are pulsating with this white light,
Giving relaxation to the nervous system,
To your muscles.
Continue breathing that white light down into your shoulders,
Sending it to any areas of tension,
Any areas of aches or pain.
Filling that space with the white light.
And as you exhale out,
Filling that area,
Relax.
Fill your muscles with that white light.
Breathing it in and as you breathe out,
You can feel and sense the white light expanding out of your body,
Of all areas of your pores,
Causing you to shine and shimmer like a diamond.
Continue to breathe that white light down the sides of your neck,
Down your shoulders,
Melting down your arms,
Your elbows,
Your forearms.
Possibly beginning to feel your hands tingle as you awaken the solar plexus in the palms of your hands.
Continue to fill that white light drip down your shoulders,
Filling your arms.
Filling that space and as you're breathing out,
Having that white light expand out of your body in all directions,
Out of all your pores,
Pushing out all the toxins.
Breathing that white light down into your hands and your fingers,
Filling them tingle with the energy of the universal light,
The universal love,
The universal energy that we call ray.
And as you breathe out and exhale,
The white light expands out of your back,
Your neck,
Your arms,
The palms of your hands and your fingertips,
Surrounding you in a protective bubble of white light.
Continue to breathe this white light energy down your spine,
Filling the middle of your body,
Right in between your ribs.
Your liver is located behind your right rib,
The lower right rib.
Go ahead and breathe that white light into your liver and letting it hold there,
Filling it with white light,
Picking up all the toxins that are hard for the liver to fight off.
And breathing it out,
Pushing the toxins out.
Continue to sit there for a moment with your liver,
Filling it with that white love,
That white energy,
The healing light.
Breathing into it and breathing out,
Pushing the toxins out of your body.
Bring in your attention to your lower left rib,
Where our spleen sits,
Where it stores our blood,
Where our lymphatic fluids come from.
Go ahead and breathe white light into that area,
Just picturing white light filling your spleen,
Possibly filling a little bit of tingling in that area.
As energy comes in and does its work,
Breathing it out.
Go ahead and spend some time breathing in to your spleen,
Picturing that white light flowing around and pushing out all toxins out of your body with the light expanding out of your body in all directions out of all your pores.
Now breathe that white light down into your abdominal region,
Filling your diaphragm,
Your stomach,
Your intestines.
Breathing in that white light,
Lots of space to breathe into.
Go ahead and take a nice deep breath in for a count of four into that area.
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
And let out a huge sigh,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
And do that again two more times as you're taking that breath in,
Filling it with a white light and as you're expanding out,
Pushing the toxins out of the whole abdominal area.
Creating a pathway for the energy to flow down your legs,
Preparing your root chakra for this flow of energy that is going to funnel out to connect you to Mother Earth's energy,
To the prana,
To the life source.
As you're doing this,
You may feel the base of your spine become activated,
Feeling charged,
Possibly tingling.
You may vision your spine filled with white light.
And as you take a nice deep breath in,
Building this white light,
Go ahead and exhale it out,
Pushing it down in between your legs,
Down your legs,
Feeling them tingle with that energy.
Breathing the white light into your knees and picturing a ball in between your knees.
Breathe into that imaginary ball until you see it filled with bright glowing light.
As you're doing this,
Your knees may start to tingle,
Your calves may start to tingle.
You may even have a little bit of jolting happening in your legs.
This is energy being released down through your root chakra system.
Building this white light into your feet,
Possibly feeling so much tingling,
They may be going numb.
Activating your solar plexus in the sole of your feet.
I want to picture the soles of your feet opening.
And as you take a deep breath,
Exhaling out down your legs,
Pushing the white light down at your feet,
Connecting through Mother Earth.
Like a pull of white light shooting down through the grass,
Through the soil,
The mud,
The deep clay,
The rocks,
The boulders on a fast pace down to the center of the earth.
Until you come to a huge glowing orange ball.
Your white light shoots down directly into that orange ball of Earth's energy,
Earth's prana.
As soon as you enter into the ball of energy,
You feel the sensation of Earth energy shooting up through the earth,
Through your aura filled into your feet.
As you take a nice deep breath in,
Pulling in the earth energy up your feet,
Your ankles,
Your calves,
Your knees.
As you exhale,
Feeling the golden light,
Leaving all pores of your body expanding,
Creating this secure bubble of white and golden light.
Filling the earth energy now coming up your thighs,
Breathing it in,
Inviting it into your abdominal region,
Into the base of your spine.
Picturing your new roots being nourished by this gold light and all that earth has to offer you,
The nutrients with water and soil.
Go ahead and breathe all that water and nutrients and soil that your body needs to replenish into your system,
Into your aura filled,
Breathing it up your spine,
Your stomach,
Your abdominal region.
And as you exhale,
Feeling it expand outside of you.
Seeing as we already cleared the space with the universal light and energy,
It is so much easier inviting this earth energy.
We are made of earth matter.
And once we are connected to the earth and universal energies,
We are once aligned with our body where we can make conscious decisions.
Go ahead and continue to breathe that golden light up your spine,
Coming to the center of where your ribcage is.
Filling your midsection and expelling it out between your belly button and your breastbone.
The golden light is getting brighter and brighter outside of you,
Securing your bubble of protection.
Your fingers begin to tingle as you breathe in the gold seeps up your fingers,
Up through your solar plexus of the soles of your hands,
Up through your wrists,
Your forearm,
Your elbows,
Your biceps and triceps.
Coming up your shoulders,
Swirling around your throat.
And as you exhale out your mouth,
Envisioning the gold expanding out of your mouth.
Gold light is coming up the base of your spine,
Meeting you at the back of your throat,
Feeling the circulation of the gold light at the base of your head.
Filling your temples,
The top of your brain,
The crown of your head,
Your forehead and third eye,
Build up that gold light,
Bringing it in from the source of the earth of where our universal light is connected.
Coming up through the earth,
Through your aura and protective bubble.
Breathing up through your toes,
Your feet,
Your ankles,
Your calves.
Breathing up to your knees,
Your thighs,
Your hips,
Your fingers,
Your wrists.
Up through your stomach,
Your lungs,
Your heart,
Your throat.
Up through your forearms,
Your elbows,
Your biceps,
Triceps and shoulders.
Coming up,
Swirling around your throat,
Swirling around your whole entire head.
As your crown opens and you exhale out,
Golden light expands out of all your pores and expands out of the crown of your head in this huge V-shaped funnel.
Shooting outside your bubble,
Shooting out above the earth,
The hemisphere,
Atmosphere,
Past the sodium layer,
Connecting to the universal source of your mother star.
Take a moment and allow these universal energies flowing down through you into earth and up through earth,
Through you and through the universe.
Take a moment to feel this.
Now go ahead and take a nice deep breath in,
Bringing yourself back into the body.
You can,
In your mind,
Say,
I am here.
I am here.
I am here.
I am here.
As you feel your soul connect to your body,
Possibly feeling the sensation of your spine waking up as it connects to your body.
You are in a protective bubble and remember this universal light and golden light is with you for the day.
Anywhere you go,
Your energy stays with you,
Not connecting to anything and energies that come to you will bounce off of you for you not to connect to them.
Take care of yourself today.
Be compassionate with yourself today and love yourself today.
Make conscious decisions for your highest healing of good and that serve you for your best.
Decisions that you make in love.
As you come back into your body,
I want you to picture that gold light solidifying around your feet and your ankles,
Giving you golden shoes,
Heavy golden shoes,
Keeping you grounded to the earth today.
So that universal energy can continue to flow up and the universal energy to can continue to flow down,
Keeping you in balance.
Go ahead and please wiggle your toes,
Wiggle your fingers to bring the sensations back to your body.
Give yourself a nice big stretch arms overhead.
Nice leg stretch.
Finger stretch,
Toe stretch.
And when you are ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
Remember today that you're loved.
You matter.
And the universe is working through you.
