Welcome to this meditation,

A journey of reflection and release.

As we begin,

Find a comfortable position where you can relax.

Gently close your eyes and turn your attention inward.

Begin to take a deep breath in,

Filling your lungs completely,

And then slowly exhaling,

Releasing any tension.

Continue with these deep breaths,

Inhaling all that air into your belly,

Packing in as much as you can into your lungs,

And then slowly feeling more relaxed and open with each exhale.

In this relaxed state,

Remind yourself of whatever thoughts or feelings arise during this meditation are perfectly fine.

You are in a safe space,

Free from judgment and expectation.

Just allow yourself to be present in this moment,

Accepting of whatever comes up.

This is a time for you to connect with your inner self in honesty and openness.

Taking another big deep breath in,

Slowly exhaling,

Focusing on your breath,

Begin just to notice its natural rhythm with the inhale and exhale.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to go a little more,

Letting go of the thoughts,

The worries,

And burdens that you've been holding on to.

Imagine each exhale as an opportunity to release what no longer serves you,

As this allows you to create space for new growth and possibilities.

In this space of release and openness,

Envision that new growth that awaits you.

Imagine what does it look like for you as you shed the old and welcome the new.

Imagine yourself embracing the new opportunities,

Learning,

And experiences that await you.

See yourself growing stronger,

Wiser,

And even more aligned with your true self.

Allow yourself to feel this excitement and joy that comes with this transformation.

Letting go and embracing your own greatness.

As we end this meditation,

Embrace the concept of letting go to create space for growth.

Continue to visualize yourself moving closer and closer to your dreams and aspirations.

See yourself shining in your greatness,

A radiant being of potential and promise.

Trust in your journey and know that you are exactly where you need to be today.

Remember,

You are enough.

Trust in yourself and the journey you are on.

You can always return to this state of gratitude and appreciation and hope.

As you slowly bring your awareness back to the present,

Take a big deep breath in and gently open your eyes when you're ready.
