Welcome to this invitation to deeply relax with a 61-point body rotation.

This is a short rest practice that is designed to release tension and energy throughout the physical body.

When we are craving rest but we do not have a lot of time,

This practice can guide us into a more rested state.

Find a comfortable place to lie down or sit.

You may close your eyes or find a gentle gaze on something in front of you.

Now it is time to take a journey into the body.

You may find it helpful to repeat the name of each body part in your mind or picture a soft warm glow at each area that we bring attention to.

Let's rest together.

Feel your whole body welcoming all sensations.

If it feels right,

You might place your hands on a part of the body that needs some tenderness today.

As you carry on with your day,

Whatever it may bring,

Remember you can always come back to your body and to this practice for support.

This short rest practice is now complete.

Be good to yourself.
