Our intention today is to ground into the heart space.

To expand awareness of the heart space.

And to create heart-brain coherence.

Anchoring into the heart and expanding that energy into the brain.

Sinking both left and right hemispheres of the brain.

We bring ourselves into full quantum coherence.

Mind,

Body and spirit.

Through the connection of the heart centre and the brain centre.

With closed eyes we step deeper into our internal world.

Begin to feel the subtle shifts in our energy.

In our unique expression of life.

Relax into this precious present moment.

Breath begins to deepen.

Life force gently weaves itself in and out of the lungs,

The chest,

The heart space.

We feel the rise.

On your next inhalation,

Hold the intention to breathe in pure universal love.

Bring it in from the energy around you.

Breathing it into your heart centre.

Breathe love in deeply into your heart space.

Feel it spreading across your chest.

Feel it expanding within you.

Feel it moving through every cell in your body.

Radiating out through the back of your heart space.

Exiting out.

Recycled.

Infinite.

Let the energy rise and fall with every inhale and with every exhale.

With the next breath in,

Hold the intention to breathe peace deep into your body.

Draw peace in from every corner of the universe.

Embed it into your cells.

Into your body.

Into your spirit.

Into your soul.

As the breath deepens again,

Invite gratitude to grace you.

Pull gratitude in with the breath.

Let it fill your chest.

Let gratitude flood your heart space.

Become one with the vibration of gratitude.

Become peace.

Come home to the knowing that you are love living.

Embrace this feeling with every ounce of your being.

Exhale and feel the heart expand out your back.

Your heart vibrating across your entire being.

The electromagnetic field of your heart.

Beating.

Expanding.

Feel it in your cells.

Feel it in your aura.

A cocoon of love reinforced by the sacred rhythm of your heart.

Now take a big inhalation and focus your intention on your heart space.

As you inhale,

Draw the breath,

The intention up.

From the heart center.

Through the throat center.

Use your attention to feel that heart energy pulsing through your entire being.

Feel the energy rise through the spine.

With eyes closed and attention at the third eye.

Gently glide your gaze.

From left.

Back to the center.

Repeat this sacred movement.

Right.

Left.

Holding the intention.

I am sinking both hemispheres of my brain.

The wisdom of my heart.

I am aligning mind with heart.

Mind with spirit.

Will with soul.

So below.

As within.

So without.

Now gently draw the energy.

Take your focus from the mind.

Back into the heart.

Let it return home.

Let the heart expand again.

Pure loving awareness.

Feel the coherence.

Feel the union.

Feel your wholeness.

Allow your breath to settle into its natural rhythm.

Your body is integrating.

You have created a new pathway.

The more you walk it.

The more your system will remember how to return here.

To coherence.

To connection.

To love.

Throughout your day.

If you feel yourself moving out of love.

Out of peace.

Out of gratitude.

Remember this path.

Remember this feeling.

It's yours.

Notice.

Notice how it feels.

To be in coherence.
