In this meditation,
We'll be enhancing any and all capabilities related to dreaming.
Today,
Your goal may be to encourage dream recall,
Deep and restful sleep,
Initiate a lucid dream,
Ask your spirit team to share insights through a dream,
Tell your loved ones who have passed on that you'd like them to visit you and connect within your dreamscape,
Or something else.
Let's begin with a simple guided breathwork practice before setting that specific intention.
Breathe in for five,
Hold for five,
Exhale for five,
And hold for five once again.
This is called box breathing.
Take one deep breath in and out on your own,
And then we'll begin together.

Now it's time to set our dream intention for this practice.
I'll offer some examples,
But welcome you to create your own.
I will sleep deeply and awake rested and refreshed.
I will remember my dreams tonight with perfect clarity.
I will wake within my dreams tonight and feel present.
I call upon my spirit team to share their wisdom through my dreams tonight.
I open the portal into my dreamscape and welcome my loved ones to meet me on the astral plane.
Let's silently repeat your dream intention a few times now.
Let's infuse that intention into another breath work practice.
This time we'll breathe in for five,
Hold and silently repeat that intention and then slowly exhale for eight counts.
Let's try that together now.
Inhale for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Silently say your intention.
Exhale,
Eight,
Seven,
Six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One,
And repeat that for a few minutes.
Let's do one more time together and then I'll let you go at your own pace.
Inhale for one,

State your intention.
Exhale for seven,
Six,
Five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Keep this breathing pattern going,
Stating your intention silently to yourself on each hold.
Finish your last cycle of breath and dream intention setting now.
There's no rush.
Then return to your normal breathing pattern.
