Welcome to this guided meditation.

You have come to find peace.

Let's connect.

Close your eyes.

Be relaxed.

Take a pause.

We have so little control of the world around us.

Let things run in an autopilot mode.

Take a deep breath.

Inhale through your nose.

Fill your lungs.

Hold and exhale through your mouth.

Let go.

Your mind is a sacred place.

Be gentle to your mind.

Let go at the deep soul level.

Focus on your breath.

Just exist.

Inhale deeply through your nose.

Hold for a moment.

And release through your mouth.

Let go.

Just be warmed by the contentment of being alive.

Let go all your insecurities.

Connect with cosmos.

Breathing in through your nose.

Holding for a second.

And exhaling through your mouth.

All the turbulence.

Be at peace.

You are safe.

You are safe and secure in this cosmos.

Feel the higher power.

That has brought you to this point.

It will take you forward also.

Let go.

Inhale through your nose.

All the positive energy.

The cosmos has to offer.

Fill your lungs.

Hold inside.

And release all the heaviness.

All your worries.

Now you are one with the cosmos.

Take a very deep breath.

Hold in for a second.

And when you exhale.

You are surrendering to this cosmos.

Feel it.

With your eyes still closed.

See a guiding light.

That will sail you through any circumstance.

Have faith.

And take a deep breath.

Inhaling through your nose.

Filling your chest.

Raising above.

And exhaling.

All the turbulence.

Your mind is now empty.

And open to new possibilities.

You have the backing of this universe.

Believe.

And take a very deep breath.

Hold.

And exhale.

Now think of creations of this cosmos.

Which you love the most.

The creations.

Of this cosmos.

Which you love the most.

How are you feeling?

Have gratitude.

For having these creations in your life.

Take a deep breath.

Filled with hope.

And gratitude.

Fill your lungs with this hope.

Hold it.

And have gratitude.

Now release through your mouth.

All the heaviness.

All the negativity.

Now take a pause.

And absorb this silence.

Now gently open your eyes.

And accept this beautiful life.

And people around you.

You are now fresh.

And filled with positive energy.

Make most of this life.
