Your mind is racing fast.
Slow down.
Take a pause.
Pause for healing.
Now close your eyes and embrace the silence.
Experience the power of void.
We desperately try to fill this void by thinking,
Doing,
Talking,
Worrying and so.
Take a pause and let go.
Just exist in this moment and focus on your breath.
Inhale deeply through your nose.
Fill your chest.
Hold for a moment and exhale through your mouth.
Let go.
Inhale again.
Filling your chest.
Raising above.
Hold.
And exhale all your worries,
Anxiety through your mouth.
Do this once more.
Breathing in through your nose.
Holding for a second and exhaling through your mouth.
All the negativity.
Easing and relaxing in this silence.
In this void.
Surrender yourself to this universe.
And relax all your muscles.
Inhale.
Hold.
And exhale.
Scan your body.
Where is the pain?
Where is the problem?
Exhale all your problems.
Surrender to a higher power.
Higher than you.
Higher than people troubling you.
Higher than your problems.
Your circumstances.
Now take a very deep breath.
Hold in for a second.
And when you exhale,
You are surrendering to this cosmos.
Now sit safely in this cosmos.
You are safe.
Sit safely in this silence.
In this void.
And experience the power of void.
Becoming still and receptive to the positivity the universe has to offer.
Now you can open your eyes.
And accept this beautiful life.
And beautiful people around you.
