Drawing from her background in expressive arts, counseling, and contemplative practice, Punam offers reflections for those navigating uncertainty, tenderness, and transition. She believes that healing does not always require fixing or striving, but often begins with staying present to what is already here. Her intention is to create a gentle landing place through voice, where listeners can pause, breathe, and feel less alone in their inner lives.
