In this track, I want to bring the science of antioxidants into simple, practical language and show you how these natural elements protect your body every single day. Oxidative stress is one of the hidden processes that can speed up aging and weaken the balance of our hormones, especially as we move through our 40s and beyond. The good news is that nature has already given us strong allies. Antioxidants, found in common foods, act like quiet protectors. They neutralize stress in the body, support our immune system, and keep our energy flowing more smoothly. Together, we will explore three of the most accessible antioxidant sources: the catechins in green tea and matcha, vitamin C in fruits and greens, and vitamin A from both animal and plant sources. Each of these carries unique benefits for your cells, your skin, your heart, and even your hormone health.
