Make yourself comfortable,

Begin to settle in and take three.

Close your eyes,

Focus on the breath.

Feel the weight of your body supported,

Notice the steady rhythm of your breath.

Consistency begins here,

With presence and with slowing up.

Imagine your mind as a dreamer.

Within it lives visions,

Desires,

Seeds of your life's dreams.

These dreams are not fleeting fantasies,

They are invitations.

And every morning your dreams will ask,

Will you choose me today?

Consistency isn't about perfection,

It's about answering that question again and again and again.

Now take ownership of the mind.

Notice how easily it can wander into doubt,

Distraction,

Or delay,

But also notice this,

You are the one who chooses where to place your attention.

Consistency is the practice of gently guiding the mind back again and again and again.

Just as in dreams,

Images may shift,

Moods may change,

Stories may scatter,

But the dreamer remains.

And so too when life feels scattered,

Or when you don't feel ready,

The one who chooses still remains,

And that is you.

Consistency is showing up for your dreams,

No matter how you feel.

Some days will be heavy,

Others light,

Some days you'll feel inspired,

Others drained.

But every time you return to your practice,

Your work,

Your path,

You are weaving thread by thread the fabric of your dream.

Imagine one dream and hold it close,

See it,

Feel it,

Imagine yourself tending to it,

Watering it every single day,

Not only when you feel like it,

But steadily,

Patiently,

Faithfully.

Watch that dream grow under your care.

Consistency is not just a routine,

It's a commitment to a vision,

Your vision.

When you take ownership of your mind,

You choose to align with what that personal commitment is to you.

You choose to be steady,

Like a heartbeat.

You choose to keep showing up for your dream,

Yourself,

Your life.

Inhale the power of choice,

Exhale any resistance.

Feel the steadiness of your breath again,

And recognize it as proof.

You are already consistent in every single moment with your breath.

Carry this truth with you.

Consistency is not about what you achieve in a single day,

It's about choosing to show up for yourself,

And as yourself,
