Meditation Timer OnlineRegina Perez is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Georgia and South Carolina, and a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) in South Carolina with over a decade of experience supporting adults through anxiety, trauma, ADHD, addiction recovery, codependency, and life transitions. She began her career in addiction treatment, later worked in university mental health, and now runs a private practice offering teletherapy full-time. She is also the voice behind The Southern Soother, a collection of meditations rooted in mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Polyvagal Theory. Her approach blends evidence-based therapy with nervous system regulation and self-compassion practices. Regina’s work is grounded in warmth, authenticity, and connection. Through her guided tracks, she offers listeners a safe and supportive space to reconnect with their inner calm, process emotional pain, and move forward with greater clarity and self-trust.
