Welcome,

This is a Deep Connection meditation,

A journey back to you,

And now,

Just find a quiet space,

Sit or lie down comfortably,

Ready,

Gently close your eyes,

Take a slow breath in,

And slowly breathe out,

Again,

Breathe in gently,

And breathe out completely,

Let your breath settle into its own rhythm,

Nothing to control,

Just let the body breathe,

With your awareness,

Follow the breath,

Now,

Feel the weight of your body,

Notice how your back,

Your legs,

Your arms,

Are being supported,

There is nothing you need to hold right now,

Let everything be held for you,

Bring your attention to the base of your spine,

That deep point of grounding at the bottom of your back,

Imagine a soft red light there,

Gently glowing,

Pulsing with calm,

Earthy energy,

Feel that light sinking downward,

Like a root,

And imagine a soft white light there,

Like a thread of light rising into the sky,

Reaching into the vastness above,

And in this moment,

You are connected to the earth and to the sky,

To below and above,

Now,

Bring your attention to the center of your chest,

Right where your heart lives,

Place your hand there,

If it feels good,

And just breathe,

Inhale into your heart,

And exhale from your heart,

Ah,

Imagine this breath as a wave,

Coming in,

Now,

I want you to remember something,

You are not lost,

You are not broken,

You are not behind,

Everything you need to reconnect is already here,

Within you,

Right now,

Feel the space inside your body,

The quiet space behind the breath,

Between the thoughts,

Underneath the surface of everything,

That space is you,

And now,

Gently repeat these words in your mind,

Softly like a whisper from your own soul,

Let those words settle into your body,

Let them echo through your chest,

Your belly,

Your bones,

Let them become part of your breath,

Your whole body,

Surrounded by a soft,

Warm glow,

Your energy,

Your feeling,

And just rest there for a moment,

Fully into you,

Fully connected,

Fully now,

There's nothing you need to fix,

There's nowhere else to be,

This is the connection,

And it lives in you,

Take one more deep breath,

Open your eyes,

And return to yourself,

To your breath,

To the place where you are already whole,
