This session is a gentle yet deep breathwork journey designed to help your body reconnect with a sense of inner safety. Through conscious connected breathing, you will be guided to slowly move out of survival mode and into a state where your nervous system can soften, release, and reorganize itself naturally. This is not about forcing relaxation or “thinking positive.” It is an invitation to let the body feel supported, to listen to subtle sensations, and to allow emotions or tension to move at their own pace. You may experience physical sensations, emotional release, or simply a quiet sense of grounding. All responses are welcome. Nothing needs to be fixed. This practice is especially supportive if you experience: – anxiety or chronic stress – emotional holding or overwhelm – difficulty relaxing or feeling safe in your body – a need to reconnect with yourself through the breath Come as you are. Let the breath guide you. Your body knows the way back to safety.

Sit or lie down in a quiet space.

Let your body find a shape that feels supported.

Close your eyes softly.

No pressure,

No expectation.

Just begin to arrive.

Take a slow breath in and let it go.

Feel how the body breathes,

Without you needing to control it,

Without effort.

It just happens.

Now bring your attention to your body,

Not to change it,

But to listen.

As if your body was speaking in a language that breath can understand.

Notice where the breath goes easily,

And notice where it doesn't.

Does your breath reach the chest,

The back of your ribs?

Or is it staying small,

Shallow,

Up high?

No judgment,

No fixing,

Just notice.

Now gently ask yourself,

Where in my body do I feel tension,

But never really notice it,

Or it might not even have a name.

Just a presence,

A contraction.

Don't rush,

Let your body answer.

Now,

Imagine your breath like a soft hand.

Not pushing,

Not forcing,

Just touching.

Let the breath gently touch that place.

Move it,

But to acknowledge it.

This is how we begin to create safety,

Not by trying to erase discomfort,

But by letting it be seen,

Without needing to change.

Now breathe into the place where your body holds something.

Feel how even a little tension starts to shift the energy,

Not to fix,

But to allow.

Let the body breathe itself again.

Just you and the breath.

This is the beginning,

A soft approach,

A silent recognition.

You are building a relationship with the part of you that holds everything when you are too busy to feel,

And you are safe enough to begin.

Stay here,

Stay with your breath,

Stay with the soft rhythm that's already happening.

You don't need to go anywhere,

You don't need to be more relaxed than you are right now.

Not rushing,

Just flowing.

Not just your heart,

But the entire front of your body.

Can you feel it,

It opens when you inhale?

Again,

You don't need to change it.

All breath has a wave of warmth.

With every inhale,

This wave rises.

And with every exhale,

It softens and falls.

Let this wave gently touch your chest,

And deeper inside to the spaces you rarely visit.

You are not asking your body to relax,

You are simply showing it that it can.

Safety doesn't come from control,

It comes for permission to feel,

Permission to slow down,

Permission to be.

And now,

Gently bring attention to the center of your body,

The spine.

From the base of your tailbone,

All the way lower,

The axis that holds everything.

So let the breath rise through this line,

From the base to the ground,

And down.

Feel softening.

Feel how your body begins to trust the rhythm,

Not because you are forcing it,

But because you are with it.

Every breath now says,

I'm not rushing,

I am here listening.

Something inside you might start to release.

Not dramatically,

Not loudly,

But like a sign that had been waiting for years.

So let it come,

A tingle,

A sensation,

Or nothing.

Safety means you don't need to hide,

Not even from yourself.

So breathe,

Let the breath be the witness,

Let the body be the space,

Let you be you.

You don't need to be calm to feel safe,

You just need to be with what is,

Without pushing it away.

This is real connection,

And you are present with your breath,

Present with your body.

So now,

Let's stay here,

Just a little longer.

Not go too deeper,

But to remember.

To remember what safety feels like.

Not just parts,

Just feel the whole shape of you,

Right now.

Breathing,

Present,

Here.

Notice where you feel most grounded.

It could be your hands,

Your hip where it is,

Place your attention there,

That's your anchor.

Now repeat softly in your mind.

This is what it feels like to be with me.

This is what it feels like to not run.

This is what it feels like to be home.

Let that settle into the nervous system,

As if your whole body is learning a new language,

A new tone.

One that says you are safe to exist,

You are safe to slow down,

You are safe even when the world isn't.

And maybe,

Just maybe,

This place you found here isn't new.

Maybe it's a place you want new,

Before the noise,

Before the pressure,

Before the roles and expectations.

You have remembered.

Place your hands on your chest if that feels good,

Or anywhere on your body where it brings comfort.

Let this touch be your signature,

Your seal.

The way you say to yourself,

I'm here now and I won't abandon you.

This is not the end of a meditation.

This is the beginning of a relationship,

A deeper one,

With yourself,

With your breath,

With the place inside that knows what peace feels like.

You just need presence.

Now slowly,

Bring your attention back to your body.

Feel the ground beneath you,

The sounds around you,

The temperature of the air,

The life that is still happening.

You don't leave this place.

You carry it with you.

You are the safety you have been looking for.
