Let your body arrive,

Let the jaw loosen,

Take a slow deep inhale through the nose,
Imagine it filling you with a warm golden light.
Gently through the mouth exhale slowly,
Letting dark heavy energy drift out of the body.
Pause for a moment at the bottom of the breath.
Again take a slow inhale through the nose,
Feeling the belly expand,
The ribs widen,
The chest soften,
Draw in more golden light.
Feel this golden light.
Softly open your eyes,
