Close your eyes,

Be comfortable and breathe deeply.

Breathe in deeply and breathe out deeply.

Breathe in deeply and slowly breathe out deeply.

And as you breathe in,

You're breathing in relaxation and self-connection.

And as you're breathing out,

You're breathing out all your cares and worries.

You're breathing out all your stress,

All your tension,

All your difficulties and you are just letting go.

Keep breathing in deeply and keep breathing out deeply.

As you breathe out,

You visualize all your cares,

All your worries are dissolving into the air and you're breathing in all the good energy within you and you're breathing out all your tension,

Your worries,

Your stress and it's all dissolving into the air.

Breathe in to fill your stomach and breathe out and compress your stomach.

And as you keep breathing in and keep breathing out deeply,

Continue doing that for few times.

Now slowly,

As you have centered yourself to your breath and in a deep state of relaxation,

I want you to connect with your real self,

Your real you,

Which is beyond this limiting body and mind.

This limiting body is resting on skeleton and is filled with flesh,

Wired by nerves and painted by skin.

And slowly you're feeling relieved as you know that you are not this limited body and you remain unaffected when something happens to this external body.

And your real self is even beyond this wavering mind and its associated fearful,

Painful,

Scary and hurtful emotions.

And you should be excited to know that you are simply observing these emotions,

May it be depressing emotions,

May it be sad emotions,

May it be the emotions of being lonely,

May it be the emotions of being dejected,

May it be the emotions of being angry.

Any emotions which you may be observing in your mind now,

You're simply observing them as you experience day and night and many different seasons.

Now,

Slowly,

I want you to be thrilled,

Excited and joyful to discover that your real nature is of being eternal and deathless.

And you are continuous observer in this body and mind.

In the past,

You may have observed many strong and fragile bodies,

Maybe in different lifetimes.

And even now,

You may be experiencing one type of body,

Which may be or may not be healthy.

And you also have observed many different kinds of mindset,

Both inspiring and depressing.

But you as an observer remained unimpacted.

And although you may be experiencing a not so ideal state of mind,

But it will also just vanish in some time and you would come out as unharmed and unimpacted observer of this body and mind.

As you continue to do deep breathing and releases all the difficulties and pain of this body and mind and absorb into your true nature of being beyond this body and mind system.

I want you to go more deep within your nature and be thrilled,

Happy,

Blissful and rejoice in your heart happiness to finally discover that your real nature is not defined by these physiological forces acting on your body.

Neither by some psychological forces acting on your mind,

But your real nature is same as of Krishna's nature.

As you are going deep into yourself and connecting to your own real deepest part of your existence,

You are becoming thrilled,

Happy,

Blissful and completely rejoicing in your heart happiness to discover that Supreme Lord Shri Krishna has infused his own nature of Sat,

Eternal existential power,

Chit,

All knowledge and Ananda completely blissful.

And you the soul has eternal power of being happy and you are super energetic and powerful like sun and your real self is completely aloof from this body and mind in all material situations and circumstances.

You are Sat,

Chit,

Ananda.

Very soon you will enjoy your true nature by peeling out all the layers of ignorance and become full of Sat,

Chit,

Ananda.

As you are Sat,

Chit,

Ananda.

Your true nature is Sat,

Chit and Ananda.
