Welcome to this powerful energy cleansing meditation with Archangel Michael and the power of the blue flame.

If you feel that you have any lower energy or entity attachments within your body or auric field,

The blue flame is an excellent way to clean your energy and feel lighter,

Clearer,

And more energetically protected.

This meditation includes channeled light language and is infused with Reiki for maximum healing and benefit.

Start by settling into your seat,

Either in a chair or cross-legged position on a pillow or blanket.

You want to be sitting upright for this meditation with your back straight,

Shoulders down and back,

And your eyes closed.

Make sure you're in a safe space where you will not be disturbed during this healing meditation.

As you settle deeper into your posture and get comfortable,

Bring your attention to your breath.

Breathe in through the nose,

Filling the belly and the chest,

And exhale through the mouth.

Breathe in through the nose,

Filling up your diaphragm,

And out through the mouth.

Take it a bit slower now,

Breathing in,

And without cutting off your air passage,

Pause and hold at the top.

Sip in a little more air,

And exhale,

And continue to exhale until there's no air left.

Rest at the bottom,

No air in the body.

Breathe in deeply through the nose,

Filling in,

Pause and hold at the top,

Feeling your lungs expand to adjust to this new breathing pattern,

Creating space.

Release the breath,

Exhale,

Rest at the bottom.

One last inhale,

Breathing in,

Holding at the top,

Sipping in a little more air,

Rest at the bottom,

No air in the body,

And return to a natural breath.

Now start to visualize high above your head,

Hundreds of feet into the sky and ocean of golden white source light.

This huge,

Beautiful ocean ebbs and flows above you,

Swaying brightly,

Swaying joyfully.

And as it ebbs and flows,

This ocean sends down a beam of golden white light,

Hundreds of feet down,

To meet the top of your head.

This golden light pours over your head and into your body,

And through and around your auric field,

Seeping down through your brain,

Into your eyes,

Down your throat,

Your neck,

Draping over the shoulders,

Down the arms,

Into the hands,

Into the fingers,

Continuing down into the upper back and the chest,

Down into the stomach,

The lower back,

Into the pelvis,

Into the hips.

This golden light goes down into your glutes,

Down your thighs,

Into your calves and shins,

Into your ankles,

And finally,

Your feet and your toes.

Feel the brightness and lightness and even calm joy this golden white light brings as it fills your whole body,

Your whole energy.

Now watch as this golden energy swirls at your heels and your tailbone and grows out and down as golden roots reaching down towards the earth.

These golden roots travel through the floors and foundation of the building that you're in and meet the ground,

Digging deep until they hit soil.

These roots then grow wide,

Covering the large expanse of the street,

The neighborhood,

The town or the city that you're in.

Maybe they travel further across the earth's surface to cover the entire state,

The entire region,

Maybe the entire country that you're in.

Then watch as these golden roots from your heels and tailbone dig downward into the earth's crust and start reaching towards the center,

Traveling through layers of soil,

Rock,

Through subterranean rivers and groundwater,

Down through the hot,

Dense,

And solid mantle of the earth,

All the way to the core.

You can visualize the energetic core of the earth as a ball of bright red light.

Watch as your golden roots wrap around this ball of red light,

Anchoring your energy deeply into the safety and the magnitude of the earth.

You feel yourself start to relax even deeper as this powerful earth energy imbues you with a sense of groundedness and stability.

The red light then travels up your golden roots,

Through the layers of the earth,

The mantle,

The rock,

The soil,

To meet your heels and tailbone,

And then filling up the rest of your body with its nourishing and grounding red light.

This red light goes up your legs,

Your thighs,

Your hips and pelvis,

Up your torso,

Into your chest,

Your shoulders,

Right up to your head.

Take a moment to feel as this red earth energy intermingles with the golden white source light as both of these powerful energy sources fill your body and shine out into your auric field.

Feel how relaxing and centering it is to be connected to these two sources,

Energizing golden light from above and grounding red energy from deep below.

Now see as a beam of white light travels down from that ocean of source energy high in the sky,

Travels down hundreds of feet to meet the top of your head,

Creating a pillar of pure white light that goes from your crown chakra,

Into your third eye,

Into your throat,

Down into your heart chakra,

Into your solar plexus,

Into your sacral chakra,

Into your root.

Watch as this pure white light continues to stream down,

More and more white light streaming down through all of your chakras.

And watch as this pillar of white light grows wider,

Wider,

Until it covers your whole auric field six feet in all directions.

Now see yourself stepping through this powerful bright white light.

And as you step through,

You find yourself in a cool night garden.

You sense the fresh air across your skin,

And taking a deep breath,

You notice that you're standing in a grove of trees,

Snow covering the ground,

Nighttime.

A snowy path lies before you with thick,

Tall pine trees guarding you on either side.

Droplets of ice hang from the needles of the trees,

And delicate,

Bright blue wildflowers peek through the snowy ground.

As you look up,

You see a deep,

Dark blue sky filled with brilliant white stars,

Clearer and brighter than you've ever seen.

So even though it's nighttime,

You see the whole garden perfectly.

As you walk forward along the path in front of you,

The serene nature fills you with a sense of peace,

As if some great benevolent force were watching over you,

And that as long as you're here,

You're completely safe.

The snow crunches underneath your feet with each step,

And you notice that you don't feel cold at all,

But invigorated by the freshness.

As you breathe in,

You notice a distinct,

Strong scent that fills the air,

Something fresh and clean,

Like eucalyptus or mint.

Finally,

As you keep walking,

The winter forest path opens up into a clearing.

Here in this clearing,

You can see that you're actually somewhere very high in altitude,

With the tops of snowy green mountains all around you.

Up ahead,

You see a large,

Circular platform,

About 15 feet in all directions.

On this platform,

A giant,

Powerful blue flame burns brightly and powerfully.

You can feel the icy heat of the blue flame from where you're standing,

And can already feel the intensity that it brings.

As you walk closer to the platform,

You see Archangel Michael standing beside the blue flame,

Ready to assist you in today's energy clearing.

His large,

Powerful aura exudes strength,

Kindness,

Safety,

And courage.

As you feel welcomed and protected into this energy that you're about to enter,

If you wish to call upon the assistance of your spirit team,

You can repeat the mantra either out loud or in your mind.

I call in my angels,

Guides,

And higher self to assist in this healing of my mental,

Physical,

Emotional,

And spiritual bodies.

I welcome the assistance of Archangel Michael.

I ask to be cleared of all entities,

Lower energy attachments,

All darkness,

Discordant,

Or negative energies,

Or energetic parasites.

Please dissolve all negative thought patterns,

Emotions,

And beliefs that are no longer serving me,

And that are ready to be released.

May they be removed and sent back to central sun for transmutation into light by the power of the blue flame.

So be it,

And so it is.

As you complete the mantra,

You step forward,

Up and into the platform of the blue flame.

As you walk to the center,

The large and powerful flames cover your entire being,

And start to deeply cleanse your whole body and aura.

Scan your body and your energy field and become aware of any darkness or heaviness in or around you.

Breathe deeply,

Palms facing up,

As you allow the power of the blue flame to start to dislodge any of these lower energy attachments.

Continue to breathe deeply,

Using the breath to assist in this clearing and healing.

Notice as the flames draw out these darker energy forms,

Any energetic parasites,

Any entities,

Any negative energies.

As they are released from your body and auric field,

Watch as the negative energies are lifted up high into the flames,

And are either transformed into flickers of blue or white light,

Or are carried up and away,

High into the sky,

Into a white light to be sent back to central sun for transmutation.

With your angels and guides assisting in the process,

Notice the presence of Archangel Michael overseeing the healing,

And relax deeper into the knowing of how deeply you are assisted and protected.

Take a deep breath.

Breathe deeply from the base of your stomach,

Feeling as any lower thought forms,

Heavy emotions,

Or patterns keeping you stuck,

That are ready to be released,

Swirl out,

Up and away,

Out from your body,

Out from your mental,

Physical,

Emotional,

Energetic bodies,

Up into the flames,

To be transformed into white and blue flickers of light.

As you breathe deeply into this process,

Notice as you begin to feel lighter,

More at ease,

Notice clarity starting to come in.

Feel the freshness of the air as you breathe in through your nose,

The warmth of the breath as you sigh out through your mouth,

And release everything you wish to release out of your system,

Into the blue flame.

Breathe deeply,

And feel as your spirit team and Archangel Michael assist you.

Ask Archangel Michael to cut any cords to negative energies that have been released.

Watch as he deftly maneuvers his sword around your auric field,

Completely freeing you of everything that you're purging into the flames.

To add more power to the process and seal everything in,

Now that your energy has been completely cleared,

The blue flame settles into a large bubble of blue light,

Covering the whole space around your aura.

Take a minute to thank your guides,

Your angels,

Your higher self,

And to thank Archangel Michael for assisting with the clearing,

And ask for protection from lower energies in the future.

As you exit the platform,

You walk back down to the path that you came,

Immersing yourself in the fresh air,

The trees,

With the bright stars shining above you.

Walk back down the snowy path,

Back to the bright white light,

And as you enter,

You find yourself back in your body.

Take a deep breath,

Bring your awareness to the room that you're in,

And as you move about the rest of your day or evening,

Keep with you a sense of gratitude and protection.

Envision the blue light whenever you need,

And know that your angels and guides are always with you,

And the blue flame is here,

Should you need it in the future.
