And right here.
I'd like to do a soul practice.
I've really been loving the soul practices.
And that soul practice,
I think today,
Is going to be a meditation.
About feet on the floor,
Your breath,
Your heartbeat,
And your belly.
So take a moment if you have the time and space to stay with us or me,
You,
Us.
Take a moment to feel your feet on the floor.
In this particular meditation,
It is good to sit.
You can sit in a chair so you're supporting your back.
You don't have to sit on the floor,
But you can.
Well,
You can't really sit on the floor,
Sorry,
Because I really want you to feel your feet on the floor.
Chair,
Stool,
Couch,
Whatever it is.
Feeling your feet on the floor.
Feel the outside of your feet,
The outer edges,
The outer edge of your outer foot.
Feeling the heal.
Letting that awareness come through the inner foot,
The arch of the foot,
The sole.
Up through the big toe and around to all the toes until you come back to where you started.
So you've created a boundary around the feet.
And guess what?
Pisces rules the feed.
Mmm,
I love it.
Feeling now the tops of the feet.
Even the ankles.
As the North note in Aquarius,
Aquarius rules the ankles.
So we'll bring the ankles in to the beautiful feet that touch the earth with their soul.
The spirituality of your soul,
Of life,
Of that practical living,
Of walking one step at a time.
Begin to feel the soles of your feet,
Which part of your feet are touching the ground beneath you.
And you're breathing.
We're not doing a big fancy breath,
Which they're all beautiful,
But you are breathing.
You want to bring your awareness into your body of how deep are you breathing?
How shallow are you breathing?
Are you able to breathe enough to feel the soles of your feet?
Your soul,
The soul of the ground beneath you that supports you.
Then we'll begin here to take a breath in through the nose.
Fill up the whole body in the way that feels most comfortable to you.
Exhale through your mouth with the sound of soothing the nervous system.
Again,
Take a breath up,
Maybe through the soles of your feet,
Up through your whole body,
Expand your torso,
Your neck,
Your face.
Let your brow unfurl.
Your eyes relax,
The jaw,
The teeth separate.
Exhale if you haven't already with the sound of Let's do one more.
Three is a great number.
And inhale the trinity.
Feel the body expand,
And if there's a little tension,
Just be soft and gentle as you exhale with the sound of heart.
And now gently through your own consciousness.
Your own willingness.
See where your breath lands.
That's your first connection with the body language.
Where does my breath land today?
We started with the feet.
We took a breath through the heart.
We took a breath through the belly.
So the belly is important,
Not creativity.
The womb,
Whether you're male or female,
We birth either physically,
Creatively.
We need both divine masculine energy,
Divine feminine energy to come together to create the yin and yang of wholeness.
So breathing into the fire of your belly.
And feel your own pulse,
Your own rhythm.
And today,
Maybe use that rhythm,
That pulse that you feel,
Allowing yourself to ground the energy of this eclipse.
Not so easy.
But it's doable.
Just breathing in and out,
Feeling your feet,
The soles of the feet ruled by Pisces.
Maybe give yourself a nice massage on your feet today or the next two days before and after the eclipse.
Maybe you can soak your feet.
And see-saw.
Or any kind of aromatherapy oils that you might use that are good to soak in.
Some are not.
I'm not an aromatherapist,
So you'd have to look that up.
Now as we felt the outline of our feet,
Let's feel the outline of our body as we come to closure here.
Starting at the top of the head,
Just draw with your breath and your vision,
However you feel that through your senses.
Feel the outline of your body.
Trying to get every piece involved.
Until you're down at the feet again.
It's like laying on a big piece of paper and having somebody draw the outline of your body.
That's how you want to think about this,
And that's a really good grounding tool.
So together,
Let's put our hands on our heart and take a breath in as we close this conversation today.
With a sense of compassion,
A sense of practicality,
And the vision,
The feeling of integration,
Whatever that means for you,
And taking your time.
