Welcome,

Dear one.

Begin by finding a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Allow your hands to rest gently.

Soften your jaw.

Unclench your tongue from the roof of your mouth.

Close your eyes.

Take a slow breath in through your nose,

And exhale gently through your mouth.

Again,

Breathing in and breathing out.

With every breath,

Allow the outside world to soften its grip on your attention.

You do not need to solve anything right now.

You do not need to understand everything right now.

You only need to be here.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Notice its natural rhythm.

Mercury governs thought.

And during this time,

Its motion appears to slow,

Inviting you to do the same.

This is not a time of punishment.

This is a time of listening.

Take a slow breath in,

And as you exhale,

Imagine your thoughts gently settling,

Like dust falling through golden light.

Now,

Bring your awareness to the space around your throat.

Imagine a soft,

Luminous blue light glowing there.

This light is calm communication.

This light is truth without urgency.

This light is your voice in its pure,

Natural form.

With every inhale,

The blue light grows brighter.

With every exhale,

It becomes smoother,

Clearer,

Calmer.

Feel it releasing tension.

Feel it dissolving pressure.

You do not need to rush your words.

What is meant to be understood will arrive in the right moment.

Now,

Imagine above your head,

Far beyond the ceiling,

Far beyond the sky,

A silver-white planet suspended in the vast dark.

Mercury.

Not chaotic.

Not broken.

Simply moving differently.

Its light travels towards you now,

Slowly,

Gently,

Intentionally.

It touches the crown of your head like cool starlight.

Feel it entering your mind.

It untangles without urgency.

Any crossed wires begin to loosen.

Any mental noise begins to quiet.

Allow this silver light to move down into your throat,

Blending with the blue glow already there.

Silver and blue together,

Forming a protective shield around your voice.

This shield filters what enters and what leaves.

Misunderstandings pass through you without attaching.

Other people's projections dissolve before reaching you.

You remain steady.

Bring your awareness now to your heart.

Place one hand there if it feels natural.

Feel the warmth beneath your palm.

Mercury retrograde invites reflection.

Not to trap you in the past,

But to retrieve what was left behind.

Ask quietly,

Within yourself,

What am I being invited to see more clearly?

Do not force an answer.

Simply remain open.

Trust that your deeper awareness speaks in its own language,

Through feeling,

Through image,

Through knowing.

You do not need to chase it.

It comes when you are still.

Now,

Imagine roots extending from your body downward,

Through the floor,

Into the earth beneath you.

Strong,

Steady,

Ancient.

It holds you.

Any scattered thoughts begin to drain down through these roots,

Returning to the soil where they can be neutralized.

Feel yourself becoming heavier,

Calmer,

Grounded.

Above you,

Mercury continues its slow motion across the sky,

Not disrupting you,

But aligning you inward.

You are protected from unnecessary chaos.

You are guided toward meaningful clarity.

You trust your timing.

You trust your voice.

You trust your knowing.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in,

And release it.

Now repeat silently within yourself,

My mind is clear.

My words are guided.

I am protected in all communication.

Clarity returns to me naturally.

Feel the silver and blue light gently sealing around you,

Like a soft cocoon.

Nothing forced.

Nothing urgent.

Only presence.

Only alignment.

Only calm.

Begin to gently return your awareness to your body.

Notice the surface beneath you.

Notice the air on your skin.

Slowly wiggle your fingers and toes.

And when you are ready,

Open your eyes.

You carry this clarity with you.
