Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Fola and here on DeepMindSquared we talk all things magical practices and altered states.
In today's meditation we are going to journey to ancient Khem to connect with the goddess Isis.
This is the mother goddess.
She represents beauty,
Power and her name literally means the throne.
So wherever it is and however you might connect to your own sense of royalty,
This meditation is meant to support you with connecting to your most divine feminine self,
Balance power within and also support you in recognizing your worth.
You are a worthy divine being here on the planet.
And in ancient times Egyptian queens and kings were often left to represent and embody these different gods and goddesses of the time.
Cleopatra for instance was the embodiment of Isis and she walked with that power inside and out.
So how can you begin to walk with this power in your own life?
And I hope this meditation,
The energy transmission that comes through this video,
Through you listening to these words and receiving can really hold you and support you on your own personal path.
So remembering just how powerful you are as you begin to find yourself in a comfortable place whether you're sitting or laying down.
And taking a few breaths here to just settle body,
Settle mind.
Inhaling deep into the nostrils and the belly and exhaling out even with a sigh.
A couple more times of these deep breaths in and deep breaths out.
And if you are sitting,
Sitting with that back straight,
The erect spine to represent that of the royalty that you are.
And if you are lying down,
Perhaps removing a pillow so that your head,
Your back and your neck can be parallel with where it is that you are lying on.
And with this sense of awareness in your body and your anchor on the breath or on the sounds in the room around you to my voice,
Becoming aware that there's nothing that you have to do or be in this moment to even receive the breath.
Just by simply you existing here now.
You are brought to life by the goddess herself,
By the feminine.
You agreed to be here.
You said yes to life.
Even though life may not be the most positive all the time,
Recognizing that you here now gives you the authority and the power to exist in this present moment.
And the goddess Isis wishes to remind you no matter where you are,
What you've done in your life,
That you deserve to be here,
That you have purpose simply by existing on this plane at this time.
And so as Isis comes into your awareness,
Imagining her sitting on a throne,
You see her in gold,
Adorned in beautiful jewels,
Shining brightly,
Emerald,
Sapphires,
Rubies.
And she sits there and asks you to rise up to be at the same position as her.
And perhaps you feel a sense of uncertainty with her request.
That's okay.
She asks you to put down whatever it might be that might be holding you back from seeing eye to eye with her.
And so as you review what it is that might be hindering you or holding you from fully stepping into your place of power,
Allow it to come into your awareness,
Having gratitude for each remembering,
Each memory,
Each thought that comes into consciousness.
And Isis supports you here by shining one of her emerald green stones,
Its light in your conscious awareness so that you can more readily see and bring to light what wants to be seen,
Our beliefs,
The stories that we tell ourselves,
They can definitely hold us in patterns that no longer serve or add value to life.
And so here with this shining gem,
Illuminating whatever wants to be illuminated,
You're better able to see and recognize what it is,
The stories that you've been telling yourself and holding a place of gratitude in your heart for these stories because they have served you up until this point.
And Isis says to you,
You surrender full heartedly,
Surrender these beliefs,
These stories you've told yourself,
Surrender them at my feet,
Reclaim your power,
Your authority as a sovereign being here on this planet now,
Breathing through whatever is showing up for you here,
Noticing the sensations,
Any tension,
Tightness,
Fear,
Anxiety,
Any grief or sadness,
Noticing the tears of joy,
The opportunities and excitement being with whatever is showing up for you here.
And with that,
You place down the last piece and you rise up to look into Isis's eyes,
Standing face to face,
Heart to heart.
And with that,
She looks deep into your soul,
Her eyes piercing through any veils,
Any walls that may have been built.
She sees you for who you truly are.
And as she looks into your eyes,
You see the reflection back of what this power is,
This power that you represent.
Receive the vision here of who you be,
Of the possibilities of your light,
Your energy and vibrancy,
Breathing it deep into your body.
You may see visions of past lives,
Experiences from your past,
Maybe even your future,
Remembering that time is nothing.
You exist then,
Now,
And forever.
Even the stories of others are a reflection of you.
So allow yourself to witness whatever is being shown here through the eyes,
And as you continue to stare,
Isis begins to emit a golden ray of light from her heart into yours.
And you receive this light,
Allowing it to spread through each cell of your heart,
And your heart continues to beat,
Filling the blood,
The plasma,
Everything through your entire body.
This golden light,
It emits this power,
This triumphant recognition of who you be throughout your entire body,
Empowering you,
Granting you the visions,
The understanding,
Through you,
All of life is possible.
Just like I birthed you,
She says,
You too have the ability to birth and create whatever it is your heart desires.
Receive now this divine spark of inspiration for creativity.
Receive now this divine spark to love,
To open your heart fully,
And to experience life in all its grandeur.
Receive,
Receive my child,
She says,
And so you receive,
And it's as if you begin to be levitating up into the air.
You levitating as this body,
This energy form,
As you continue to receive and notice this golden light streaming through your entire being,
And as you float there,
Isis moves around your body,
Long wings attached to her arms,
Begin to flap and move the energy vibrating through the cosmos,
Awakening something deep inside of you.
It's inside of each of your cells in your DNA.
It is both from your blood lineage and your galactic lineage,
Your star family,
And so you allow this movement of energy through the flapping of Isis's wings to continue to remind you of who you be,
And she begins to sing a song,
Chanting ancient words that some you remember and some not so much.
They seem foreign and yet also feel at home.
Receive and notice the vibrations through these words.
In Isis places,
A hand at your belly and one at your heart,
Breathing the energy into the parts of your body now,
Awakening the internal sun,
You feel the supercharge as your vital life force energy is added to here.
Receive my child,
Receive.
