Hello and welcome to my meditation grounded in love.
Get yourself in a comfortable position either lying down or sitting.
Close your eyes.
Let's take three deep breaths together in through our nose and out our mouths.
In and out.
One more.
In and out.
Now we imagine there are roots growing out of the bottoms of your feet stretching all the way down through the earth's soil towards the iron core of the earth.
Wrapping around that iron core and shooting straight back up through the earth's soil.
Now wrapping around your ankles,
Up through your shins,
Around your knees,
Up through your thighs and around your hips.
Growing into your pelvis,
We find the base of your spine,
Your root chakra,
Your security center.
Imagine a light the color of red glowing.
Traveling upwards,
We reach your lower abdomen,
Your sacral chakra.
That is the color orange.
Glowing brightly and spinning.
Sensuality.
Creativity.
Traveling upwards,
We reach your solar plexus chakra.
That is glowing with the color yellow.
This is your willpower,
Your drive,
Your self-esteem.
We wake up your solar plexus.
Traveling upwards,
We reach your heart chakra,
Which is glowing with the color green,
Your center of love.
Your greatest expression in this world.
Traveling upwards through your shoulders and down your arms,
Out your fingertips,
Shooting straight back up through your arms.
We reach into your neck where your throat is.
We reach your throat chakra,
Which is glowing with the color blue.
This is your center for communication and your expression.
Traveling upwards into your face,
Into the center of your forehead,
Your third eye chakra,
Glowing with the color indigo,
A deep purple.
This is your intuition,
Your knowing,
Your gut feelings.
All the way to the top of your head,
Your crown chakra,
Your connection with divine,
Glowing light purple.
Your understanding of everything in this universe and your place in it.
Now we imagine we turn on a faucet,
Which allows a golden river of light,
Bringing love to every fiber of your being,
Awakening every cell within your body and feeding it with love directly from source,
Helping each chakra point spin without any hesitation.
You are now grounded in love.
