Can accomplish very little The well-drained mind can perform miracles This meditation will drain my mind It will clear and focus my energy and attune my spirit with a higher state of consciousness To achieve these miracles,

I'm willing to commit to certain practices These simple practices will help heal my body heal my mind and heal my spirit I promise to do them to the best of my ability I promise to honor my body as a sacred space It is the critical foundation for a life well-lived and it requires daily care to remain strong and beautiful I will make time to prepare tasty foods that deeply nourish and heal every cell in my body and I'll drink lots of fresh water daily I will avoid foods that I believe to be harmful for me foods that evoke guilt or addictive behaviors I will move,

Strengthen,

Stretch and rest my body I will prioritize sleep I will make an effort to protect and soothe my nervous system I will use morning and evening rituals to care for my basic needs I will avoid both laziness and overexertion I promise to do these things today I promise to care for my mind The mind is like a wild horse that creates chaos unless it's properly trained When tamed,

It becomes a powerful workhorse and true companion I will tame my mind by practicing awareness and loving presence and avoiding addictive distractions I will rest in stillness I will bathe in silence I promise to honor myself as a divine being I will cultivate gratitude,

Acceptance,

Compassion,

Patience and forgiveness I will focus my attention on that which connects and uplifts and avoid that which divides and discourages I will speak my truth quietly and clearly and I'll avoid speaking unkindly I will be less critical and more forgiving of myself and others To embrace mistakes and imperfections is to recognize our common humanity I will see conflict and grievances as opportunities to grow When my nervous system is getting fired up,

I'll see it as my cue to slow down,

Get centered and proceed with care I will take things less seriously.

Life is too important to be taken so seriously I will remain playful and joyous and I will laugh and cry wholeheartedly Emotions are energy in motion and I'm willing to make space for this energy and allow it to flow I will no longer hide my true self.

I will shine my light,

Share my wisdom and express my love I will bask in the warm embrace of radical self-acceptance and I will radiate that warmth for others I will do these things today.

These are my values.

They are my intentions and commitments I will use these practices to tame my mind,

Align with spirit and manifest miracles.
