Welcome to Guided Meditations by Mellow and Flow.

I am Mellow,

And today we'll be reconnecting to our inner stability.

Balance,

And grounding,

Take a deep breath with me now,

Let it fill your body with warmth.

And as you exhale,

Release any tension you're holding onto.

This is your moment,

A safe space just for you.

Now,

Close your eyes and imagine yourself standing on a vast mountain.

The air is cool and refreshing.

The ground beneath you feels solid,

Steady,

And unyielding.

This mountain is your inner strength,

Your anchor,

Your reminder that no matter what storms arise,

You are resilient.

Feel the gentle breeze on your skin,

Hear the quiet whispers of nature around you.

You are safe here,

Now envision a golden light at the base of your spine and the soles of your feet.

This light begins to flow downward,

Picture this bubble glowing with a soft pink light,

Love,

Feel how this pink light nurtures you,
