Marie Parkinson

Marie loves to practise and teach yoga & meditation. The sessions she creates include holistic layers of colour therapy, mindfulness, lunar energy, relaxation therapy and pranayama. She also created The Positivity Project- which is 14 practical ways in which people can improve & enhance their wellbeing. When she’s not teaching, she can be found on outdoors adventures with her dog and spending time with friends (mostly eating!)
