Every one of us knows what we want.
And interestingly.
We often discover it because we've experienced what we don't want.
Heartbreak teaches us we want love.
Stress teaches us we want peace.
Financial struggle teaches us we want abundance.
The challenge isn't identifying what we want.
The challenge is where our attention stays.
So many of us think about our dreams from the perspective of not having them.
I don't have enough money.
I'm still not where I want to be.
Why hasn't it happened yet?
Every time we repeat those thoughts,
We strengthen them.
Over time,
They stop feeling like thoughts and start feeling like facts.
But here's something worth remembering.
A belief is simply a thought.
You've practiced long enough.
The stories you tell yourself every day become the lens through which you experience your life.
If you constantly tell the story of scarcity.
Your mind will keep finding evidence of scarcity.
If you keep replaying disappointment,
You'll become more aware of everything that's still missing.
It's not because life is against you.
It's because your attention keeps reinforcing the same pattern.
But that doesn't mean you ignore reality or pretend challenges don't exist.
It means you stop making them the only story you tell.
Instead.
Begin strengthening the story of where you're going.
Notice what's already working.
Appreciate what's already here.
Speak about your future with curiosity instead of doubt.
If you're calling in more abundance,
Don't spend all day mentally rehearsing the absence of it.
Instead,
Become familiar with the feeling of enough.
Imagine the relief.
Imagine the freedom.
Imagine the generosity,
The ease,
The opportunities.
Your mind doesn't change because you force it.
It changes because you repeatedly offer it a new experience.
So today,
Ask yourself.
What story have I been rehearsing?
And then ask an even more powerful question.
If I truly believed the life I wanted was already unfolding.
What story would I tell instead?
Because the story you repeat today.
Becomes the life you're far more likely to experience tomorrow.
So as you finish listening to this talk.
Quickly take out your journal and answer these two questions and start working on your focus.
That's all from me for this talk.
