Welcome to this Yoga Nidra for self-confidence and releasing limiting beliefs.
Come to lie down on your back in a comfortable position.
Maybe with a blanket over you.
A pillow under the knees,
And a support beneath your head.
Let your feet roll open,
Arms rest gently by your sides with the palms turned up.
This is your time to completely let go.
Let the body become still.
Let the breath be easy.
Let the earth hold you.
As you settle,
Gently close your eyes and bring your awareness inward.
Know that for the next bit of time,
There is nowhere else to be.
Nothing else to do.
Simply receive.
Now bring your mind to a sankalpa,
A personal intention or affirmation stated in the present tense.
Choose a phrase that supports your confidence and self-worth.
Perhaps stating,
I trust myself completely.
Or I am worthy of love and success.
Silently repeat your sankalpa three times with heartfelt belief.
Now we begin a journey through the body.
Moving awareness gently from point to point.
To point.
As I name each part,
Simply place your attention there and then move on.

The whole body.
Now bring your awareness to the breath moving through the body.
Feel the natural rise and fall of the belly with each inhale and exhale.
Begin to count the breaths.
Backwards.
From 10,
To 1.
Ten,
I am breathing in.
Ten,
I am breathing out.
Nine,
I am breathing in.
Nine,
I am breathing out.
Continue this counting silently.
If you lose count,
Gently begin again.
Let the breath anchor you deeper.
Now release the count,
But stay with the breath.
Feel how each inhale draws in clarity and strength.
Each exhale releases fear and doubt.
Now imagine yourself walking along a quiet forest path.
The air is fresh.
The sunlight filters through the trees.
You feel safe,
Grounded,
And clear.
As you walk,
You come across a stone wall.
On this wall are old phrases etched in stone.
Limiting beliefs you've carried.
Perhaps not even your own.
Walking closer,
You begin to read them.
I'm not good enough.
I don't have what it takes.
My voice doesn't matter.
Take a deep breath.
With this breath,
You feel a warm light grow in your chest.
With each breath,
This light becomes stronger,
More vibrant.
This is your inner power,
Your truth.
Now imagine placing your hands on those words and watching them dissolve.
Washed away by the strength of your light.
In their place,
New words emerge.
I am enough.
I am capable.
I am seen.
Heard,
And valued.
Feel these truths settle into your heart.
Let them become part of you.
Silently repeat each of the following affirmations,
Allowing them to root deeply within.
I believe in myself.
I radiate confidence and inner peace.
I trust my path.
Even when I can't see the whole journey.
I release all doubts and step into my power.
I am strong.
Wise.
And resilient.
I have everything I need within me.
Feel these words move through you.
Let your entire body receive them.
Now return to your sankalpa,
The intention you set at the beginning.
Silently repeated again three times,
Even with more conviction and clarity.
Trust that the seed has been planted and will grow.
Begin to notice your body lying on the ground.
Feel the breath moving through you.
The support beneath you.
Gently invite small movement back into the body.
Allowing the head to softly roll from side to side.
Perhaps stretching arms overhead.
When you're ready,
Roll to one side.
Rest there for a few breaths.
Slowly begin to make your way to a seated position.
Keeping the eyes closed or softened down.
And as you arrive,
Take a deep breath in and sigh it out.
Bringing hands to heart center.
Bow the head to the heart.
Silently thank yourself for this time,
This inner work.
Yoga Nidra is now complete.
