Hello beautiful soul,
Welcome to this three minute reset practice.
This is my go-to practice for stress relief and combating overwhelm and overstimulation.
You can do this practice anywhere.
Today we're going to do it standing up,
But you can also do it lying or sitting down.
So let's get started.
I want you to visualize two balls of light,
One beneath your feet,
The other above your head.
You can stand feet hip width apart.
And we're going to take a deep breath in through our nose and then let it out slowly through your mouth.
And when you breathe in through your nose,
You're going to visualize that beautiful light going up through your body,
All the way up through your head to the ball of light above your head.
And when you breathe out,
You're going to visualize that ball of light coming back down through your body,
All the way down past your feet.
And you're going to do this over and over again for a few minutes.
And then you'll take note of how you feel afterward.
So let's get started.
Go ahead and take a deep breath in and visualize that ball of light going up through your body.
And then breathe it out slowly with the ball of light coming back down your body.
Go ahead and continue this practice.
Keep it going a little bit longer.
Deep breath in through the nose.
Slowly breathe it out.
Good.
Now go ahead and come back to the room.
Roll your shoulders.
Roll out your arms if you need to.
And take note of how you feel.
After doing this practice,
I always feel much more relaxed and refreshed.
