In this meditation,

We will be focusing on the breath to relax our mind and bodies.

If you don't feel,

You can say inhale silently as you inhale and then exhale silently as you exhale.

Just keep focusing on the breath.

Anytime a thought arises,

Let it go.

Belly rises,

Belly falls.

Keep bringing yourself back to the breath.

The breath is our anchor.

If you find yourself lost in thought,

Just say thank you as the thought floats away on a cloud and come back to the breath.

Very good.

Now slowly come back to the room.

You can wiggle your fingers and toes and then slowly open your eyes when you're ready.

You can come back to your breath anytime,

Anytime you need it throughout the day.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out anytime you need it.

It's always there for you.
